We had Ridge Top Exteriors to replace our old siding from 40 years ago. The idea of replacing it seemed daunting but we worked with Adam through the process and he was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the different types of siding and help us to finalize our color choice. After we finalize our choices, we then decided we would like to have some vertical siding in the front with a white board to show off an updated look.We called Adam regarding the additional updated look we decided we wanted.Even though it added additional work to the original order, Adam just took it in stride and was happy to do it. We really appreciated his easy going nature and that made us feel so good about our decision!Next we met Cam, he would oversee the actual production of the old siding being torn off to the replacement of the new siding, soffit, to the trim around the doors and windows.We were fortunate again to discovered that Cam also had an easy going personality! He too was very knowledgeable and he went over all the details of what we could expect while the replacement siding was happening.He came back through out the process to see how it was going and whether we had any concerns or questions regarding the process.He too was always available to talk to with any questions we had and making sure he got back to us with answers if needed.I did a walk through with Cam when the job was finished and it looked phenomenal. His crew was hard working, did an excellent job, clean up everyday and they were very respectful of our property.We can't thank Adam and Cam enough for making our experience an excellent one!Definitely give Ridge Top Exteriors a call if you need any work done.We give them a 10!!

Ridge Top roofed our house & garage today. Their service was 5 ⭐️ from beginning of insurance claim to job completion. They worked with the claim adjuster & kept us apprised of everything along the way.For the job day, they showed up with plenty of trained staff to start & finish the job in one day. The crew were polite, diligent at picking up all metal debris & finally cleaning both yards& driveway.I would encourage any homeowner to seek the advice & quote for any roof issues & concerns.

Ridge Top Exteriors completed the siding on my house last week. I can not speak highly enough about the onsite foreman who supervised the project as he was not just a supervisor but was an active participant in the removal and replacement of our siding. Jacob kept me informed of the progress and assisted in resolving issues that were found during the project cycle. Our initial contact was with Adam, who made numerous visits, going over all our siding options in detail until we felt completely comfortable with our decision. On the day work began, the Project Manager, Tony, introduced himself and let us know we could reach out to him 24-7 with any concerns. I contacted Ridge top exteriors on a recommendation and am happy with the results. Mike at Ridge Top completed an accurate estimate for repairs caused by hail damage to my home and helped obtain approval for roof replacement. The repairs were completed by three separate crews: one team for the siding, soffit, etc.; one for the roof; and one for the gutters. Each supervisor was professional and communicated what would be done, how long it would take and followed up to make sure the work was completed appropriately. The workers on each team were friendly and finished their work timely with as little construction noise as possibe. I would recommend Ridge Top to others

Ridge Top did a great job! They were fast, clean, and very polite! Cal did a wonderful job getting me a sample of a special order shingle and listening to what I was looking for. My house had an old cedar shake roof with a specialty design on the Cupola. I was looking for a way to make the cupola special without braking the bank. From consultation to financing to execution to completion, you will know where you stand with Ridge Top Exteriors. On the appointed day, they were punctual, did the roof replacement and completed it same day and in good time. They cleaned up the job site so well that unless you were told, you wouldn’t believe any job was done around our house. To say the least, I was highly impressed. Very good customer relations with emails and text messages. They will answer your calls promptly and are ready for follow ups but the job will be done so well that I guess you won’t need follow up. If you happen to need roof replacement, I strongly recommend Ridge Top Exteriors.

My 100 year old house looks absolutely fantastic with new siding and gutters! I was very impressed with the attention to detail, especially on the trim. The door, window and porch trim is all custom formed and fitted on site. The materials are of high quality. The installers were a pleasure to have around, and they checked with me whenever they had questions. Work progressed quickly. It didn’t take them long at all to remove the old siding and install the house wrap and insulation. They also did a good job with the cleanup. Had my roof and gutters replaced by Ridge Top Exteriors and had an awful experience that I'd like to share in hopes that others can avoid a similar fate. It seemed pretty straight forward, a roof and gutter replacement. One caveat was that OSB had to be added to the roof before the singles as there were some gaps between the roof decking. Once this layer of plywood was added, and the shingles applied, there was a ~1-2 inch gap between my siding and the drip edge product that Ridge Top chose for my roof. This also exposed my roof fascia which is what you can see in the photos with the chipping paint (this was all covered before the job). The gap between the roof and siding would allow water to seep down between the siding and the house, causing a huge issue. I had a home inspector review and he agreed that the job was poorly done and there were numerous options that could have been done to have a water tight seal between the roof and siding, that would have also looked much better.I real problem was when I confronted Ridge Top with this issue and my displeasure with the final product, they were dismissive and turned the problem back on me, saying I didn't answer phone calls during the contract/proposal process and apparently this would have been caught. Gaslighting. They also admitted that this could indeed cause issues with water between the siding and house but it would cost another $1000+ to do it right.I cannot speak for everyone at this company but the project manager/sales guy that I worked with did not care about me, my house, or my concern with the job being done right. Knowing how much I had just spent on a roof and that the job was literally unfinished and my house was worse off after than it was before made me sick to my stomach.Ultimately, If you feel like you'd be happy with the job based on the photos I shared, you're good to go with Ridge Top. If you'd feel similarly to me, than look elsewhere.Service: Roof repair

My neighbor and my insurance agent recommended Ridgetop. Start to finish Ridgetop was great to work with on my hail damaged roof. Installation was delayed a bit due to rain. I had a tight deadline to get this project done and they came through. Jake was on site, always found me and kept me apprised of every step. His explanations were concise and understandable. He went on the roof throughout the project and took pictures. I have a brand new expensive gutter system that needed some specific attention. Adrien and his crew were knowledgeable, detailed and careful to make sure the gutters and the roof came together seamlessly. I can't say enough about the steps the crew went to, to protect my property. They were very thorough in their cleanup. I was concerned about nails in the backyard because I have a dog. It was a windy day and scraps were flying around. The crew was on top of it all day. Kudos to Cal, my sales rep, for all the legwork he did with my insurance company. Hey Larry, I've been in customer service my whole working life, 40+ years. This is a team you can be proud to have wearing your company logo on their shirts! Maybe you should buy them a pizza ;) I would definitely call RT if I ever need any other exterior work.
