Thank you very much for a job well done from beginning to end! We are indeed thankful that we entrusted the project to Bartow Builders. The results not only met our expectations, they exceeded them!Although the long winter and the very wet spring slowed the start of work, it was nonetheless completed in a very reasonable amount of time. You met our specifications – making a stairway from the bottom of the bluff to the top that followed the contour of the land as well as making them comfortable and easy for all ages to walk on with the multiple landings and safety railings. We are now enjoying the view of Lake Michigan while walking on our new steps. We enjoyed sharing pictures with our children during construction. Our kids andgrandkids, as well as our neighbors, commented on how well the project turned out. We may start charging a toll because they are going to get so much use! Thank you for the expert planning and construction of the stairs. We enjoyed working with you, the office staff, and the construction crew. They are all professional and friendly! Thank you for your courteous consideration and skillful workmanship throughout the entire project!!!
