Over many years, we have had the opportunity to work with Jim Reif Builders on seven(7) projects for our home and currently are in the process of investigating another project. The scope of our projects have been varied, from a simple closet storage solution to significant understandings such as kitchen and bathroom renovations. It is obvious that the sub-contractors are chosen carefully and the results show it.+The quality of the work has always been excellent!+During the construction process, great care is taken by all involved to minimize dirt, dust and debris and there has been almost no disruption of the area of our home that is not part of the contract. From start to finish, we were very pleased with Jim Reif and his professional staff of designers, builders and craftsmen. Our family room addition went very smoothly despite Covid related supply side restraints. We found the building materials to be of high quality and fairly priced. The actual construction done by skilled craftsmen was excellent. Breaking down an exterior brick wall to build out an addition with a fireplace should only be attempted by professionals - and Jim Reif Builders went above and beyond to create a beautiful new family room.Also, communication was the key, and this company does it very well. It was not uncommon for Jim Reif himself to come over to inspect the work in progress. We also recieved weekly e-mailed schedules that clearly showed when work would be done. And the craftsmen were always on time. We did an extensive kitchen and bath remodel two years ago. We were very impressed with the design, workmanship, timeline, coordination of sub contractors, communication, change order process from start to finish on our project. There were no surprises. The talented carpenters were so friendly and a pleasure to have in our home. I missed them when the project was complete! Our remodel is absolutely beautiful, and we love it! We have since hired Jim's team to replace windows, hang Christmas lights, and help my parents with an issue at their home. JRB is definitely our Project Management Team. My wife and I wanted new doors installed in our 22 year old home. The main entry area had raised panel stained doors. The Bedrooms had hollow core doors, were nice but not as nice as we would like. The Jim Reif team gave us pricing and installed 6 beautiful raised panel doors. My biggest fear was the stain match. I am very picky about wood tones and matching wood color.
