We had K Bee widen our door frame and install a new front door and storm door. Joe was great when he came to our house to look at the door and space we had to make sure they could do the project (some other places said they couldn’t/wouldn’t). He was patient with us looking at all the door possibilities and answered any questions we had. We ordered 2 doors and had them painted too.Our house was built in 1901 and is all plaster so we knew it’d be a project and his crew did a great job finishing/installing everything.I also think the price was good for the product/work we had done.

Very happy with our siding and gutters. Andrew did an amazing job and did all the work himself for the siding. Andrew was incredibly meticulous and his attention to detail was impressive. Not only was the craftsmanship perfect the job site was so clean when he left you would never have known he was here. The gutter company was equally as great. Came out on a Sunday afternoon to get the job done and it looks fabulous.

If there was a selection for 0 stars I would select that. We had our house resided and new windows put it a couple of years ago. Along with most of the other reviews that shows that Joe disappears once the job is done this has happened to us. Most recently we had some facia fall off of the side of the house about two weeks ago and I had reached out to him to see about getting it fixed. They emailed asking for our address and number and I haven't heard anything from them since and every time you call it goes straight to voicemail with no return call.

One of the most frustrating experiences I have had. We ordered two door and two storm doors. We paid a premium for what we got. I believe what we were told and the quality of what we actually got was different. But after reviewing the contract we didn't have enough detail.Some of our frustration came from the contractor leaving on 2:30 pm on a Friday, requiring them to come back a different day. The following time they were able to finish within 2.5 hours. If they would have just finished that day it wouldn't have required us to stay home an additional day. Then also they had to come back multiple times to get items corrected. When done I expected to not have to do any finish work on one door. But they just threw it together. I would have been better off without the inside trim work.They also couldn't figure out why one storm door wouldn't close correctly. They had installed the shock so that it was actually slightly pushing the door out. Next one door wouldn't latch on the handle. They also didn't take plastic off of hinges and required us to finish. I've never had a company charge that much and require the customer to finish.Do not fall for any sales they might be trying. We received 30% off another couple received 50% and if you ask me for what we bothngotnits over priced.I will not be using this company again after seeing the quality. I did ask Joe the sales man what he wanted to do because its his business. He just let it slide after that.I can NOT recommend this company. If you just want something slapped in then they will be your company.I wish I could have posted the videos of the door and loose trim also.

Joe's crew did a great job on our siding! They started the job when they said they would (a first for us when working with a contractor). The crew was professional and did really good work. They did encounter some unexpected problems that required an electrician to get involved, but they handled it well and didn't charge extra. Would definitely recommend for siding work.

Joe is quick with the sell but after the work is done he disappears. We had three pieces of siding fall off the house on top of garage and after two years my son came over and fixed it .Installed a front door and I couldn't get it closed about a week after installed. I had to have someone fix it. Dissatisfied

Had an entry door and some gutter covers installed by K Bee. Installers were great and did nice work. Didn’t have to wait more than a week and a half to have the work done. Will be using them for future products for sure.

I had leakage from day one of a glass roof that K-Bee subcontracted to Ellerman Glass. Five years of phone calls have yielded excuses that don't pan out and avoided conversations and phone calls, and no follow-through. Definitely a salesman who doesn't care if the customer is happy or if a roof does what a roof should do. I called again recently because one of the windows has a seal leak which is covered under warrantee. He is avoiding calling me back again. In the meantime my sunroom furniture, etc. is being ruined and soggy rot is setting in. The glass has also cracked on two panels making me wonder if he put in roof grade glass or normal window grade, since I never had these particular problems with the previous glass.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. STAY AWAYWe had a large amount of work done for windows and doors. We need some things fixed and it's next to impossible to have Joe call us back to get the work done.When we did speak to Joe he yelled at us for calling to get our windows fixed and said he didn't care we spent over 10k in products. He was very rude and unprofessional and refuses to schedule fix the windows he installed and didn't keep records of what he promised to get fixed.. Its disappointing to have paid so much money and then to be yelled at when we call to get our windows fixed under warranty, the sad part is Joe said he really didn't care he was unprofessional and that he didn't keep records of what needed to be be repaired.

BEWARE. This man FORGED my boyfriends signature on the financing application that ONLY I signed. He refused to disclose the account number so we called the financing company and nothing came up for my name, decided to ask if my boyfriends name returned any accounts, sure enough, a credit line of $20,000 was opened and was being used. Joe continued to ignore my calls, called from a different number and imagine that he answers and he was like a deer in the head lights claiming he'd never do that and had no idea how it happened. We have fraud claims going and a police report made. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN. HE IS SHADY. I could go on and on but ill spare the nitty gritty details.Services: General window replacement, Vinyl window installation & replacement, Double pane window installation & replacement

We would highly recommend K. Bee to anyone looking to have any kind of siding work done. Joe is great to work with and goes out of his way to keep the customer happy!

We had our windows, siding, soffitts, gutters, downspouts, fascia everything but the roof done at the beginning of June 2020 and we are very satisfied. The crew that worked on replacing our siding and all that goes with that went above and beyond what they were required to do. If I had question they answered it honestly. They took it upon themselves to do something for us that was not required and did a spectacular job at that (thanks Andrew).We had a couple defects in our patio glass on the door and the whole door was replaced.We recommend this company with no reservations. K Bee resided my house with Hardiplank in 2016 and as of 2020 it still looks fantastic. They did a great job of all the work, including the details like getting the seams perfect and caulking everything very thoroughly. I highly recommend them!

Had all of the windows in our house replaced. The salesperson measured, then another person came to measure. EVERY WINDOW IS TOO SMALL. The installers put unstained wooden "trim" around the windows and told us we could stain it to match the real trim. Um, what??? On one of the windows, the top window will not stay in place when opened from the bottom. On two of the living room windows, they may or may not lock, if you are able to do the correct amount of pressure on the windows, and one will not lock at all. Several calls have been unanswered. Will happily change this review if our issues are addressed. But currently, would NOT recommend.

We are still waiting for the job to be finished. We ordered storm windows for our house and sliding door. While the sliding door installation was perfect the installation of the storm windows is horrible. The windows were not measured correctly. We have screws protruding through the wood inside the window frame which can be seen from the inside of the house. We we told that they don't have the time to talk to us obut it.Stay away from this company.

I originally gave KN 5 stars but Upon delivery of my windows 2 had been cracked. Joe has promised that they will be replaced time and again. Now he just ignores me. He does not call back or keep his word. Very shady wheeler and dealer. I suggest shopping around. If he fixes my windows I’ll change my review but this is getting ridiculous.

Joe will write up your contract sign it and promise all kinds of stuff but when the job is done and paid in full you learn it’s not what was promised. Very rude when you try to address it. Very unprofessional. Don’t use this guy there are many others that are honest and truth full

Jodi sold us on a "lifetime warranty".....shortly after install 8 of the 20 windows were defective, leaking insulated glass. Apparently my contract was with the manufacturer even though Jodi is the only person who sat at my kitchen table. Proceed with caution when dealing with this company.

We were given October as a date for our siding and Windows. Windows were not put in until November and the siding was first started in January right after new years and just finished on 2/15. My husband called several times for an update and it would take days to hear back from Joe. The final payment was asked for on 2/14 very persistent on closure of the project but there is still a ladder out there and tarps. Not happy with our decision.
