If only I could give them negative stars. The tech came out looked at my furnace seen it was a Lennox pulse and immediately said it’s probably bad…… he just opened the cover looked in with a phone flashlight and said there was corrosion and it was bad….. great a bad furnace I can’t afford this right now he said he could pressure test it but it was corroded so it was bad 15min he was here $110. This didn’t sit well with me so I called in another HVAC contractor which actually pressure tested the heat exchanger and wala it was still good….. he replaced the transformer and thermostat fired it up. So after paying 2 different HVAC service call fees and parts I’m out almost $500 and could have saved $110 by not calling them and waiting the extra day for the other company.

Wonderful company and great response when my ac unit went down on us. They were able to find the part we needed and got it installed and all reprogrammed right away. The techs that have came to my house have all been wonderful and professional and great with my dogs. Highly recommend them for anyone who needs their ac or furnace serviced for fixed!

Schaus Mechanical replaced our furnace and it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Their sales Rep Rick, was very professional and patient assisting us in making the right choice that was best for us.Rick came to our house to evaluate our situation,work up an estimate and explained the different types of furnaces available.I received the estimate shortly after meeting with Rick and was pleasantly surprised it came in well under 2 other local installers.Doug was the installer and I can't say enough on the great work done by him and his crew. They were right on time (7:00 AM) as was promised and went right to work after introducing themselves. They also followed all the Covid 19 protocols by wearing face masksat all times.12:30 the furnace was completely installed and running perfectly. Doug showed me how the furnace functioned, how to use the new thermostat and asked me if I had any questions before leaving. Everything was clean and neat after Doug left.I am not affiliated in any way with Schaus Mechanical and I don't know anyone that works there. This is a completely neutral review and I would definitely suggest this company to my family and friends.Thank you Schaus Mechanical !!!

Recently my furnace had been on it's last leg and we needed to replace it. I had gotten a few quotes and Schaus was very honest and decently priced. Within three days I had an appointment booked to install my new furnace and AC. They were prompt and had been extremely helpful. They even offered to leave electric tower heaters for us to use until they came to install. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Poor communication. Guy came in & inspected. Didn’t say a single word to us. He left to get the part and installed without consent when we specifically asked for a quote. Told us it’ll be only “a couple hundred dollar part” and got the bill to nearly $700.
