Reputable and high quality builder. My window replacement was completed to my satisfaction and on budget per the contract. The project was well explained.The actual installation was about four months later than the projected date, in part due to procurement of the windows (any decent builder in 2024 appears to be significantly backlogged). Their’s was among the lower costs among the three quotes I obtained (I picked them based on both cost and reputation).I plan to use them for a future roof replacement.

I had Sonnenburg Builders design/remodel my kitchen and provide new Sound Tec flooring in late fall of 2019. The installers were extremely professional and worked well together to be efficient with their time and mine. They installed the kitchen cabinets (lava cherry),laminate countertops, hardware, and kitchen sink. I absolutely love my new kitchen. We installed the flooring ourselves, so very easy. Highly recommend!!
