Had a big patio door replaced, and Feldco did an amazing job from start to finish. Worked with Jack who was awesome. I'm a very indecisive person when it comes to choosing colors and styles, and Jack was very good and understanding with as many times I changed my mind with colors. I highly recommend Feldco and we have a few windows and doors that will need to be replaced and we will definitely call them again

Over $8000 for TWO doors I waited over a year for. Finally show up to have the contractor drill a hole randomly. Wait months on a replacement and mention the damaged trim for them to tell me to contact my sales man who was supposed to be present for install and wasn’t. Months later I’ve reached out to my sales guy twice and the cooperate number 5 times to be told I’ll hear back and I haven’t. Don’t waste your money its a nice product but the customer service, cost, and lack of accountability makes it honestly a rip off. Update. They came to fix the interior trim on my front door. Now it won’t close or lock and they want me to pay to have it fixed. Please come remove these doors I could have had Bob from lowes do better work for a quarter of the price.

I used to work with Brett Allen years ago at a restaurant in green bay, so we decided to reach out to him when we needed a new patio door at our new (to us) home. I would have been shocked to have a negative experience with him, and I of course was not shocked. Brett has always been wonderful when it comes to customer service. He was very responsive from the get-go and helpful throughout the entire process. The installers were amazing too. I will be using feldco and Brett for everything window and door related in our home :)

I had a patio door installed. Brett was so knowledgeable & nice! He answered all my questions. He even made sure I was completely satisfied after the installation was complete! Which was way quicker than I thought! I will be buying a front door in the near future & will be calling Brett Allen & Feldco again!

Update, Falco finally put the siding on the house right before Christmas. The crew did a wonderful job but there are still some areas that they need to fix and have yet to come out and do so. Their tech had come out over a month ago to check out the areas that needed work, but no action or follow-ups have been done since. It’s definitely not the weather because we have had very little snow and mild temperatures this season. We are extremely disappointed, you would figure for the price that you pay for the siding. They would treat you better!————————————We are very disappointed with Feldco. We signed our contract to have our siding installed on Aug 2, 2023. At the time the salesman was very professional but once we signed our contract and gave them our deposit (which was over half the contract amount),we seemed to have been forgotten. It is now, November 29, 2023 and have not had our siding installed, nor any idea when it will be.Their contract says that the siding would be installed within 8-12 weeks. The salesman told us that we would be contacted by them by the end of September to the beginning of October. When we didn’t hear from them by the end of October, we had to call them 3 times before receiving a call back. We then were told that they were waiting on parts and would be taking care of within 2 weeks.We are now at week 18 and have not received a phone call from Feldco. We again are forced to call them to get the status of our installation. We called yesterday morning and were told that someone would be contacting us by end of day to answer our questions. We have not received that phone call and have left another message.We wanted to have the new siding installed prior to winter hitting due to the old siding on the back of our house ripped off by high winds but obviously that has not happened. We received snow last week.Feldco has no problem on taking your money for what seems to be a wonderful product but their communication and timeliness is lacking greatly.

Austin was great to work with - super respectful and helpful through the entire process from quote to install, even when it was a bit more complicated than normal. He also had great suggestions for window options that we had not received from other companies - I’m glad we listened because it turned out great!Install was quick and easy - they were done in a couple of hours.We could notice the difference immediately & we’re so happy we ended up going with Feldco!

They have been doing my siding installation for over two months now. I have had two crews out working on my house and it is still poor quality and not installed correctly. It’s been extremely disappointing and frustrating. The window corners are terrible, the siding is rippling, some siding is loose and a piece actually fell right off. The caulking is very poor quality. Waiting for crew number 3 to come out and fix this mess. Been waiting two months for them to install my gutters also. It’s been a real fiasco. Would never recommend this company.
