Very happy with my bathroom remodel! Swapped a shower/tub for a walk in shower, removed 6 layers of old floor and replaced it with new subfloor & vinyl, moved toilet and vanity locations, and more work in my basement. All employees were courteous, professional, extremely hard working, and cleaned up after every day. Jared the carpenter was excellent and very patient working with my 100 year old house. I can't remember the plumbers' names, but they did a great job too. Mike stopped by after the project was complete to go over care instructions and answer any questions. He adjusted the shower's water pressure up for me so now it's perfect.I'm just doing the painting now and a few other finishing touches, but my bathroom is already drastically improved! After having our pipes snaked we were told there was a crack in a pipe under the concrete in the basement, it was urgent to repair.I had spoken to several plumbers, and the customer service and scheduling people with Watters Plumbing is what made me schedule to begin with. They were here within a day, the tech was extremely helpful. Answered all my questions, I ask a lot. He was patient enough to explain things on my level. In 2 days the repair was completed. He cleaned up after himself and again answered all the questions... Definitely recommend!

4 years ago we had a battery back up sump pump system installed by Watters Plumbing, Inc. For the second time since installing it it has been worth every penny! 36 hours in to this power outage and it still has charge and we do not have a drop of water in our basement. Well worth the investment in my opinion, I highly recommend getting one installed by Watters!

The Plumber that showed up was perfect. Polite,professional, knowledgeable and most important patient with all of our questions. Watters Plumbing was here Monday to assess by 4pm Wednesday the job was complete. Which included busting up concrete replacing cracked pipes under the 3ft of concrete and pouring/finishing new concrete. Highly recommended! And most important very friendly to our dog, even brought him a treat..

Phil came and helped us repair/install many items that were broken in our recently purchased older home. Plumbing service is never inexpensive, but we felt we received great service for the money. We will definitely use Watters plumbing as our go to plumbing resource.We also used Watters Plumbing for our bath remodel and we love it! Jerrod planned it with us and Mark installed it. Had a slow bathroom sink drain we called about. Was not an emergency but they were able to fit us in the same day we called. Explained options to snake the pipes (short term fix) or install new a new drain pipe which was a more permanent fix. Tech was very knowledgeable and courteous. Did great work and cleaned up thoroughly after he completed the job. Always very happy with the work Watters Plumbing does and will not hesitate to call them again.

I had my bathroom remodel done in November. I am extremely happy with the results. Jared helped me with types of materials and colors. Mark and Al were very professional and did excellent work.When project was done Mike came out and made sure I was happy with the results. Wow! We couldn’t be happier with our bathroom remodel from Watter’s Plumbing. Jared and Brad did an amazing job on the installation. They were both Super down to earth, friendly and open to suggestions and small alterations. Brian from Watters plumbing took out our bathtub, prepped the walls and floor and installed a walk in shower with sliding glass doors. He was on time, courteous and friendly. At the end of the day, he cleaned up and left no mess. He was very particular and did quality work. Before he started each day he put tarps on the floors that he would have to walk through to get to the bathroom. The project took 2 days. We are happy with the whole experience beginning with the salesman (Jared) who was very knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy.Services: Shower installation, Bathtub replacement, Plumbing fixture installation, Faucet installation

This is a 5 year review starting from 2018 new construction home to now.Overall impression of Watters Plumbing: Lazy/incompetent craftsmanship.During construction issues:- No insulation installed behind tub/shower insert on exterior wall.- Failed to backfill after trenching and installing underground piping.- Exterior spigot tubing exposed in mudroom (had to re pipe it ourselves in the wall).- Sawing off backing in closets and running vent piping on boards installed in the attic with intentions of being a walk way.This is just a few I can name off the top of my head.Issues/repairs post construction to present time:- Replaced failed sump pump before house was finished.- Replaced failed lift station pump (was undersized, was not even rated for solids).- Replaced leaking shut-off valves under a sink.- Replaced dripping faucet in tub.- and more.What made me write this review tonight is I went to go put salt in the water softener tonight and found water on the ground. I traced it back to the transition where the soldered piping from the water filter goes into a pvc drain. The drain and soldered piping didn't align so whatever, "plumber" installed it just took their drill, bored out the transition fitting to make it fit, and called it a day.I see good reviews on here regarding Watters, maybe I got the plumber who is a hack and the apprentice who did not know any better on my project.

Jared was my main contact. He went over all options with me in my home and at the showroom, was very responsive, and was great to work with throughout the process. Brian did my full bath remodel, including tub-to-shower conversion. He did a great job and was great to work with. Brad did the finish plumbing work and did a great job too. (I didn’t meet or get the name of the other plumber.) Chris came out after the job to answer any questions. A great team overall. I’m very happy with their work and highly recommend them.

Overpriced. After wanting to charge 1,500 to install a water heater they want a check or 2-300 down because my fiancé can’t pay until he gets off work. He doesn’t want to pay over the phone because it’s not safe or secure to do so (he is in the technology field so he knows how unsafe it is). The biggest issues I had were: 1. them treating us like we weren’t going to pay them. And 2. Them acting like a contract lien law isn’t in place for non paying customers. The law already has them protected. I got a call from a lady at 8 am to schedule the call and I told her my fiancé couldn’t pay until after work she said it was fine. I told the plumber that came out that my fiancé couldn’t pay until he got off work and HE said that was fine. It wasn’t until he got back to the shop and was GOING TO INSTALL it that I was called and told they weren’t going to do it without some kind of down payment or a check. Which was NEVER MENTIONED BEFORE HAND! Now if he called saying that he would feel more comfortable when I heard back from my fiancé or that they would be available later in the day if I wanted I WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE RECEPTIVE TO THAT! I even was willing to call and ask my fiancé if I could fill a check out for them but they seemed to impatient to get their tech on the next call. (Best part about it was he was totally okay with me writing a check out. I just couldn’t get ahold of him until his break). SO We are getting someone else to do it who will wait until he gets off work and for cheaper AND IS MORE RESPECTFUL ABOUT OUR FINANCES!! Wohoo! Everyone I talked to at Watters was nice but the treatment was not okay. I do not recommend because of them being overpriced and the miscommunication about the payment from the beginning of that day. That’s what upset me.UPDATE! I did call J. Cox Plumbing out of Oshkosh and they were willing to come out and wait for a payment until later in the day. It was a couple hundred dollars cheaper they were coming from farther away AND they had it done in about 40 minutes. They did a great job! And we’re much more accommodating very communicative and nice!! WE DID PAY HIM SINCE THATS WHAT RYAN AT WATTERS WAS SO WORRIED ABOUT!! AND IT WAS 1,300 SO IT WAS CHEAPER YAY!!! it did work out for us in the end! J. Cox plumbing has our business from now on 😎

They installed my water heater and I have had nothing but problems. It has been over a year and the warranty expired for the labor so they charged me $400 to fix the lemon water heater they installed and said they don’t make the water heaters there’s nothing they can do. So they don’t stand by the products they sell or install. The guy who fixed it was rude and didn’t communicate at all plus he showed up with no parts to replace anything so he had to go all the way back to the company to get the parts. All they cared about was ripping me off and getting their money for an hour of work that’s how long it took an hour. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Watters Plumbing.Service: Water heater installation

I had a bad leak in my bathroom. I called around & when I called Watters Plumbing, they were so kind & had a professional plumber come out that day🤗My plumber was Ryan J. He was on time & immediately checked both bathrooms and diagnosed the leak & repaired it as soon as he discovered what it was. Ryan explained everything to me to the extent that I had no questions, I was very pleased & relieved at what the leak was caused from but more so at how he took the time to explain to me what was going on. His professionalism & communication skills were fantastic. I felt comfortable with Ryan in my home. I feel Ryan is a excellent example & representation of what Watters Plumbing is. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or even question his diagnostic work. I would & will recommend this company to anyone who asks me for a recommendation. Watters would be my first choice. 26 year old Water heater finally saw its end. Called Watters Plumbing in hopes of getting a new one within a few days. I'm sure this may not be a common ooccurrence with the world's supply shortages and such however our new water heater is being installed immediately. Only hours later. Amazing job by all at the office in communicating with each other and the field techs. Very very impressed with Watters Plumbing and Jason's professionalism with installation. I recently had a new shower surround installed in my bathroom and the experience from start to finish was fantastic. Mike was knowledgeable about the installation process, timely with all communication, and patient as I went back and forth on a style/pattern selection for the shower. When Brian came out to complete the project he was on time, professional, friendly, and did a great job installing the surround. Overall I don't think I could have had a better experience, really impressed with all aspects of the sale and project completion.

I needed a water heater replaced fast after our old one sprung a leak. I wasn't sure who to call, but after reading all the good reviews of Watters Plumbing I decided to give them a call. I was happy I did. They were able to schedule a service visit for the afternoon of the same day I called. Ryan showed up promptly at 2:00pm and I had a new water heater by 3:30pm. Ryan was very professional and gave me reasonable options for replacing my water heater. No pressure or up selling. Ryan came back the next day and picked up the old water heater after it finished draining. He also cleaned up after the job. I highly recommend Watters and will use them for future plumbing needs.

I contacted Watters plumbing for a bathroom in our old farmhouse that needed a tub surround and new fixtures. Mike Leatherman came out to see the project and described what they could do. When I mentioned I would also have to contact someone about a new floor, Mike mentioned they could do that as well! It was EXACTLY what I needed and wanted done. I met with Rhonda DeLeeuw to pick out fixtures and set up dates and times for the work. She was excellent at getting the project details all worked out for me. Brian came out and completed the work. He checked with me throughout the project asking before each step to make sure things were going exactly as I wanted. This team was professional, personable, and friendly from start to finish. My old bathroom looks great and the price was better than all of the other quotes I received which did not even include the floor! After completion, Mike stopped out again to explain the lifetime warranty and cleaning tips for the new bathroom surround and fixtures. They made it clear that they would be there to help down the road if I ever have any concerns. I feel so confident that this company stands by their work and their products.
