The BMS CAT did an amazing job mitigating the damage caused by the shutoff valve to our first floor bathroom sink failed during the night and flood half of the first floor. I swear they were at our house within an hour of contacting the insurance company. We felt so comfortable with the mitigation team that we decided to let BMS CAT perform the restoration work. Due to 1997 building codes the tile on our entire first floor needed to be replaced because tiles were popping up. This meant that the lower kitchen cabinets needed to be removed so we decided now was the time to do the kitchen makeover we’ve been wanting since we bought the house. Again, we loved working with the crew at BMS CAT we decided to have them help with the remodel.Everything turned out perfect. The repair of the bathroom and tile in the hall, kitchen and dining room look great. You’d never k ow we had a big water event.The team at BMS CAT did an amazing job working with us on the remodel and we absolutely love how it turn out.I would highly recommend this team!

After an unfortunate and undetected water leak in my kitchen, my insurance company suggested Accent/BMS CAT to do the repairs. 24 hours later Tony Mueller and his crew arrived at my home to assess the damage. Tony was not only reassuring, extremely friendly and outgoing, but he got the ball rolling and got approval for the repairs in a few days! If he was coming to my house he would text me letting me know his ETA. To say Tony is the BEST customer service person I have ever worked with is an understatement!! And his crew were all absolutely wonderful!Then there was my project manager Derek Ortlieb. Words can’t express how wonderful he was in going over what would be done when, having me get the flooring, countertops, dishwasher picked out, then arranging for everything to be installed. He called me several times a week, sometimes several times a day, keeping me abreast on the progress of the orders and cabinet repairs. To say Derek went above and beyond his duties is an understatement!!So a HUGE THANK YOU to Tony, Derek, and ALL of the men with Accent/BMS CAT who turned my disaster into an absolutely beautiful new kitchen that I am very proud to show off! I HIGHLY recommend this company for water damage repairs!

I can’t say enough about Accent and the team that helped us with our basement.Ella is phenomenal and has helped me through a different company in the past. She responded more quickly than the 5 other companies I contacted for my recent clean up issue. She brought enough man power that I didn’t have to feel alone or overwhelmed in cleaning up our basement. She knew exactly what needed to be done and efficiently and effectively organized the team to make it happen.I was impressed with the excellent customer service by each person who came through my home. Had significant sewage backup in our basement at approximately 9pm on a Sunday night. Made several phone calls and Accent was the first company to answer the phone. They were quick to respond and started working on our basement right away. Everyone worked very hard to clean everything out, remove the damaged and undamaged items and also contaminated items. Had a basement flood and Tony came out explained the process very well. He listened and understood the unfortunate tragedy one goes through with an event like this. He was very knowledgeable on all aspects if the project. I felt comfortable with the value. Some companies like to charge you extra and take advantage of people in need but, I didn't feel that way with him. He was great, took his time explained the process and answered any questions I had. I would most definitely reccommend them for any kind of property restoration.

Started off great; went downhill after a month, mostly due to the PM (program manager Eric). Insurance assigned them to our house in April after a water pipe burst. Walk thru was conducted early April; estimates sent shortly after to insurance/adjuster; adjuster approved all expenses end of April. PM reviewed the schedule on their website buildertrend and that the project would be complete by May 31st. Eventually the PM's communication was lessening, the crew wasn't working on our house nearly as much, the PM kept pulling the crew away for other projects without any communication to me, so we'd spend the day waiting for ultimately nobody to show up. The completion date was pushed back four times. The crew only showed up 1-2 days per week for about 4 hour increments. I was never able to see the schedule on buildertrend.By mid-end of July after two weeks of zero communication and no progression, I emailed both my insurance and Accent clerk advising them of the situation, how there was literally only two more smaller parts to do and the entire project would be complete. I said that if the work would not be completed by a specific date in July (before I had to leave the state for a work conference), then we didn't want them to return at all, regardless if the work was done or not. The following business day (Monday), I received a call from Accent's Operations Manager (Rich) to inquire about the situation, which led to a visit from him an hour later to assess what remains to be completed. He agreed that there was only 1-2 day's worth of work left. He acknowledged my deadline date, made a couple calls, and had some crew there to finish up the job within two days.The PM Eric lied to us during the project as well. One big thing that stuck out was that we wanted wallpaper on the ceiling. Eric had us under the assumption the whole time that Accent would be conducting this duty. Upon speaking with Rich, he informed me that other workers with Accent had no idea about the ceiling wallpaper and that Eric told them WE would be doing it ourselves, so they just needed to prep the ceiling for that material. It wasn't in any of the insurance estimates, and it was not something they had a crew to perform. The project finally finished last week; we decided not to even worry about the wallpaper part. Even though the fault of this whole thing was due to PM Eric, we will would prefer not to use this company in the future.Services: Remodeling, Flooring, Painting

Refreshing and great experience! Tony Mueller, the estimator, was extremely honest, punctual, and professional, from initial call-to his final assessment. He was honest about me not having a problem of great concern. Moreover, he instructed us, as to how we could address the issue ourselves. In addition, because it wasn't a mold-no current need to have health concerns.His honesty, and candor, was so refreshing. Conversely, a classmate of My Son, while assessing the issue as a tier 2 problem, on the way to a level 5 problem- gave a solution that practically uprooted my foundation! With it's associated thousands in expense, on a quote that 4 days later, I still haven't received. Smh...So thanks again Tony, and Accent, for your great integrity and professionalism. After my basement had some flooding, my insurance agent gave me Accent's number. I dealt with Ella throughout the whole process. She was quick to respond to all my phone calls and text messages and never made me feel ridiculous for any question I was asking. All the workers were friendly and if I had questions they answered them and made sure I was happy with how everything turned out. The project was completed within the time frame I was given. My basement turned out exactly as I had pictured.
