Nothing but great things to say about Brillo. They led us through an entire kitchen renovation from design to build. The design consultation process was great. Over a few meetings both our ideas and theirs were incorporated to reflect both our preferences and design that contained great materials and a beautiful functional layout. After the design phase the building process went smoothly and the final build was completed on time. The Brillo construction team was super friendly, professional and provided top notch craftsmanship across a wide array of build skills. For the work that needed to be sub contracted Brillo handled all the details and ensured that the people used followed schedule and provided quality service. During construction they consulted with us on progress on a regular basis and never left us feeling like we didn’t know exactly what was being done and when. Very pleased with our kitchen remodel done by Brillo. The kitchen was creatively designed (shout out to Rachel) to fit our existing home and within our budget. The materials and workmanship (shout out to Matt and crew) were of the highest quality. The project ran on the preset schedule without any extended interruptions. There were so many moving pieces with this project; frankly, I don't know how they could possible schedule everything and stick to the schedule! From the start, Mike and Colton were very polite and professional. The work was projected to be done in May, but they were able to get us in early in April which was a pleasant surprise. The scope of work was a new sliding door and fixing rotting foundational joists underneath. The service we experienced was above and beyond. The guys were very informative and didn't make any decisions without our approval. Mike even offered to lay down some extra flooring since it did not reach the new sliding door. We would definitely recommend Brillo to others and will be using them again in the future.

Brillo did an amazing job on our kitchen, living room, & entry way. The initial design was what sold us on them (Melissa’s plans were thoughtful, beautiful, & practical). And they continued to impress us throughout the project. They communicated when hiccups arose (which were surprisingly few, considering we were in the midst of COVID), did an excellent job cleaning up at the end of every day, and the final project exceeded our expectations. Brillo has been an excellent company to work with. My husband and I are finishing our second story and requested a quote for 3 skylights to be installed. I looked extensively for contractors who install skylights, and there are not many who do. Brillo's quote came in comparably to other contractors, and he was the only one that seemed interested in doing the job and was courteous about it. The other contractors that quoted us told us we needed to figure out exactly where we wanted them and then they would give us a quote. Rude.Guy, the owner, has been excellent to work with. He came in, gave us a quote, explained all the pricing and how to qualify for a 30% tax credit for solar powered blinds, and answered all our questions. He is kind and professional. He helped us to determine the best placement for the skylights and came back a second time to make sure to mark the exact locations so that they were placed exactly as we wanted. The installers were great and did a very thorough job. They left us extra shingles in case we ever needed them again, and they took pride in their work.The quote we received came with a list of 50+ customers who served as references as to the quality of Brillo's work. They are a great company to work with. Guy is awesome.

My project was the repair of 3 items. The first being a water leak/repair coming from the 2nd floor of my condo. The second item was to repair some crown molding issues. The third item was the repair of a possible vent stack leak I was given an estimate/contract for this work in theamount of $3480.00 by Guy Lipovsek, Owner & Sales person. A down payment of $1500.00 was required. I signed the contract thinking that I would be working with a professional and reputable contractor. After a problem with the post office, I hand delivered the required down payment to their office on November 15, 2021. The vent stack repairs were done prior to winter 2021, and the remainder of the work was scheduled for Spring of 2022. On May 3, 2022, repairs began on the water leak and crown molding issues. The water leak was diagnosed, a plumber was needed to complete these repairs. Preliminary crown molding repairs were started. On May 4th, both repairs were supposedly completed. I returned home to find the following:* My home was left in a filthy condition. Dirty hand prints on doors and walls* Crown molding repairs done poorly at best, not as specified in their contract* Appliances were not resetI immediately called their office, spoke to the Office Manager, Alicia, expressed my concerns. To their credit, they had the repair person come back immediately, and together WE addressed all of my concerns. After almost 7 weeks, I finally received a final bill, not itemized, in th amount specified in the contract. After analyzing the final bill, they charged me $1655.00 per day, for one man, working considerably less that 8 hours per day. On June 23rd, I called the Office Manager, Alicia to express my concerns. I was told she was not in, but that she would call me back I finally recieved a call back from Alicia on June 27th. After expressing my concerns to Alicia, I was told that I would have to talk to Guy with my concerns, and that she would have him call me. It is now July 5th, and Guy HAS NOT CALLED ME BACK!Bottom line: Yes, I did sign the contract. Yes, I did pay the entire bill. However, I did so, EXPECTING professional work from what I hoped to be, a reputable business. What I got was sub par work at, what I feel, is an exorbitant price, with no attempt on the part of the business, to address my concerns. Don't be fooled by their advertising like I WAS!Service: Home repairs

Horrible! Rude!!I came to Brillo for a quote for a wheel chair ramp and roll in shower.One of the owners came to my house to do the quote. After waiting over 3 weeks for the quote and calling multiple times, Guy the ownertold me he wasn't going to do my quote because he was too busy with other people.My job is for my disabled son whom i have trouble getting in the shower and in and out of the house. I was very up front with Guy about the job and the process. Guy told me that he would do the quote but it as a big waste of time because it was funded through a state program. However he said he would do the quote.No only did Guy decide to waste my time, but he put it back over a month with his unprofessional attitude and conduct.However, I am so very happy Brillo and Guy were able to lighten their work load by screwing us over on our simple quote request. It is obvious the only kind of customer Brillo wants is the kind they can gouge on price and not be held accountable for.
