We purchased all our windows from Feldco and had no problems at all. Two years ago we purchased an entrance door and storm door. This year I noticed the trimming between the storm door and interior door was coming apart. I called, had no problem setting up an appointment. The repair person came out fixed the problem, very nice guy. I would definitely use Feldco again.Update: I had another problem with my back door that had a blind in it. For some reason the blind got stuck, won’t go up or down. I had an appointment time between 1-3 however Bernie showed up early. Thanks Bernie, Josh and Antone for the excellent service and the work you performed.

Great After-Install Service!So I had $6000 worth of entry and storm doors installed five days ago… and the install went beautifully thanks to Luis (spell?).But after our first heavy rain, I noticed a squeak or two here and there so I called Feldco back to ask about the squeaks. Before I knew it, I had a free service call scheduled with Antone E. from the Milwaukee office.Antone not only addressed the two locations where squeaks were clearly audible, Antone took the time to explain to me how the squeaking components “should be functioning”. As I previously taught engineering for 32 years, it is a relief knowing that Feldco has true lifetime guarantees on my doors so I don’t always have to “figure out” how to do the repairs on my own… and occasionally making matters worse. Thanks Antone!

We have used Feldco in the past for new patio/front doors and had such a great experience then that they were our first choice when we decided to replace our windows. Our sales representative, Anthony, was quick to respond and extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He did a great job and provided us with all the details we needed to make a decision our project. I had an outstanding first time experience w/Feldco for a window and entry/storm door replacement. Feldco was extremely responsive from the very beginning. I got a call back w/in minutes of my initial online submission and a consult appointment set for that same week. My install was completed a little over a month from my consultation. We have used Feldco twice now to install new windows (first eight, then 12) at our multi-family apartment building and we were extremely pleased with both experiences. The price was great and the installation went very smoothly. My salesman, Daryll, in particular was amazing. Always easy to get a hold of with any questions and he even went out of his way to help us with a post-installation project. Highly recommend and will use again if needed.

Started off well but it was installed wrong and they won’t accept responsibility. They claim the window is fine, which it is, but it was installed so wrong to the point the frame around it looks 15 years old than it is. They had someone come out on two different occasions and they both admit it was wrong but no one at corporate will follow through to fix. If you leave a poor review, they will reduce the fee to come look at your window if you remove the poor review which threw me off because if everything is good then customers won’t have to be bribed to write something positive. We continue to inquire but emails at this point aren’t even responded too. Avoid them. Check out WeatherPro, they did other work on our home and have been fantastic.

I state that because he stepped into the circus which is my household he was extremely helpful and kind and very informative with what would fit best for our family when it came to selecting a door.
