We recently had four windows and both our front and back doors replaced by Formula and couldn’t be happier with them! Ryan was our point of contact throughout. He was super easy to work with, knowledge about the products and installation process, and always good at communicating. Ryan, as well as the installation team, were always respectful of our home. They were able to overcome any challenges of working on a 100+ year old home and took the care to well preserve the decorative interior trim. We feel the final price (which matched the initial quote), quality of products and installation, and lifetime warranty provide great value. We had Formula replace the rotting cedar shingles on the entire exterior of our home and re-wrap all the windows and facia as well. It was a tricky job as we were removing a no longer necessary exterior door. It was difficult to find trustworthy contractors who would be willing to take on the job, but from the very first interaction with Formula it felt like the right choice. Everyone was friendly, helpful with suggestions on how to ensure our home stood out from our neighbors while still maintaining its character and curb appeal.The workers were professional and even came on a Saturday to ensure our project was done on time. They took care to cover our hot tub with a blanket and plywood to ensure it wasn’t damaged when they worked above it.We are beyond thrilled with the results and couldn’t recommend the team at formula more.

Ryan and Formula replaced a roof on my single family house in Milwaukee. The experience was excellent from start to finish. When the weather in December broke for just a few days, they were on it. Started at 6:30am until dusk for two days and did a tremendous job. Every time an issue came up, Ryan showed up and got us quickly to a satisfactory solution. The house and garage were done in 2.5 days and I have been completely satisfied with their work. It was a pleasure dealing with Ryan and Formula. The next time I have any outside repairs or remodeling they will be on the top of my list.

We met with several contractors and are we happy we chose Formula to replace our siding, trim, gutters, soffits and fascia. Ryan was always responsive and communicative. My wife and I about 9 months ago had a different contractor remove our back porch due to rotting. We then decided to permanently remove this porch and needed someone to work some magic to make it look like the porch was never there along with removing a bird paradise and other rotted wood. Formula made it happen and finished about 2 weeks earlier then originally stated. They communicated really well throughout the process and did high quality work that enhanced our 100 year old Shorewood home.

We recently had a tear off roof done on our home and garage. We had a fantastic experience with the Formula team, start to finish. We had a number of questions and a lot to learn, and everyone we interacted with was very helpful and clearly knowledgable about their craft. They came out quickly after our inquiry and gave us a quote and product choice the same day. The quote was competitive with others we got, but the service and communication with Formula was significantly better and drove our choice to select them for the work. Our roof was in worse shape than we had thought, and they were able to take care of everything (even the unexpected) within the quoted timeframe. Communication was very clear and consistent from planning to execution, with updates on weather, delivery, timing etc always a step ahead. Though roofing is a very messy process, they took care to prep with tarps and clean up along the way and at the end of the job. We will certainly use them for future exterior projects, and recommend them to others.

Every homeowner dreads the inevitable "It's time for a new roof" conversation, the Formula team made the whole process painless. Great communication, great attitudes, and great pricing. With a lot of contractors, you sometimes feel like you never know what you're going to get. Could be nickle and diming during the job, might not show up, or craftmanship might be poor, not with Formula! We felt at ease and happy with the process every step of the way. Very happy with our experience. We needed a new roof due to several flaws in our old one, including leaks into our house, and they were able to complete the job quickly. I called Formula Home Improvements late summer/early fall of 2021 for a quote on a new roof, after meeting Ryan and talking to him about his experience and what other services Formula provided I received a quote for three windows, new siding for my house and garage, as well as a new roof that was going to be able to be put on quickly after accepting the quote I was given. Not only was Ryan super easy to talk with, his communication about the project, timeline for supplies being dropped off and when projects would start and end….where EXCELLENT/TOP NOTCH!!!!! I wish I would have known about him when I had three windows replaced when I first moved into my house, the company I used for those windows was very expensive, the screens had rips in them, very overpriced windows and installation and the quality of windows is poor in comparison to the windows Ryan’s crew put in. Not only was Ryan great to deal with, so were every single person that came over to work on the house. I love supporting local businesses…and feel so fortunate to have a high quality exterior home improvement company in Milwaukee. I receive compliments often on my house and every time I come home I am so happy I decided to give my house a little face lift along with the necessary roof replacement.
