Highly Recommend! I am pleased with my roof completed by GTO roofing. GTO tore off, replaced a couple of boards, and re-shingled in a day. They were neat during the process. They threw the old stuff onto this tarp or something before loading into the dumpster. The after clean up was impeccable and my roof looks nice. Also, I believe the owner was very informative and readily availability for all my questions before the service was done and during. If you need a new roof or repair I highly recommend GTO roofing.

Carlos Lopez (one of the owners who gave his own business 5 stars here on Google Review) reached out after my request for work on the leak from the roof of our house. Jose, his brother, came out and gave his review of our problem. Jose said there was no guarantee it would work and I understood. We agreed if it didn't work they would come back out and figure out the next step to fixing our leaking roof and we would be happy to continue to pay until we figured it out. Jose said he would be happy to work with me on those payments.The first round of work started nearly a month after the said it would get started because I was rescheduled 3 times. Each time I had to call them to find out why they weren't there; no one called to tell me I was rescheduled. Each time I had to call Carlos and Javier as Jose would not answer his phone. The first round of work, once it finally started, was nearly $2,000 and they did good work. Unfortunately, it didn't fix the leak.It took me nearly a week to get someone at this business to call me back and schedule the next review. Jose did come back out and said he would be back out with his latter to review what needed to be done. What contractor comes to a site without a latter is beyond me. Unfortunately, this was the last time I saw or heard from Jose.I tried contacting Carlos and he never got back to me either. Javier answered and said he would be back in touch and I never heard from him again either.This company is the worst company I have ever worked with as far as communication goes. Multiple times they didn't show up when they said they would. Once they said it was because of a broken phone, which may be true, but it doesn't explain the grand total of 5 times I was left calling them to find out why they didn't show up when they said they would.The work they did looks great. It didn't fix our problem but we understood that could be the case. They said they would be willing to work with us to find solutions and that never happened.This company does good work IF they show up. Do not pay them in advance. Don't expect them to contact you with any kind of update; expect that you will have to track them down. Get multiple contact points as Jose does not respond and Carlos and Javier will eventually stop as well. They seemed very nice and trust worthy but when we needed them most they disappeared on us without any communication or explanation.My suggestion is to move on to the next company and save yourself the headaches and phone calls.
