We contacted Kingdom Contractors, after our initial contractor ghosted us (long story!) By the time we contacted Kingdom, we were already about 7 months into an insurance nightmare. From the start, I could tell that Kingdom prioritizes consistent and reliable communication, which put me at ease. Our first point of “in-person” contact was the sales man Daniel. He was beyond nice and knew the details of all the products they offer. They have a thorough sales presentation, so be prepared to commit a little time to these initial visits (in my opinion, a really good thing). Once we signed contracts for both our roof and our siding, the job started quickly (within a week and a half). Kingdom continued to work with our insurance and were able to obtain a few more “supplements” for us, to help cover costs of these projects. Kim (works on financing and insurance) seems to really understand insurance needs and processes. The crews of installers worked around the holidays and, due to the unseasonably warm weather, we’re able to get a lot done in December without any major work stoppage. Our roof was done in one day and our siding in about 4 days. We have a smaller home. Through out the project, for both roof and siding, there was a project manager available to us. They were often on site (daily) and were in contact at least at the start and end of each work day. The communication was outstanding. Andy was our point person for the project at large and was also on site for our siding install. The crew encountered a couple small things that needed our attention or a decision on our part. Andy used both texting and calling to communicate about these issues. It was really, very seamless. Near the end of the project, I asked for a couple small details to be further attended to (put up a new mail box, add another bracket to strengthen our awning that is to be removed and reattached) and Andy made sure these small details were taken care of with out issue. Clean up was good as well. The crew was attentive to requests to assure all/most nails were picked up due to having our children and dog out in the yard frequently. If you are working with insurance, if you want a really attentive and honest contractor crew, and if you want quality work, I’d highly recommend Kingdom Contractors! **Regarding the pictures: the white siding is our “before”, the grey color (called “smoke”) is the “after”! Our roof was done in Onyx Black. ** pardon our mess on the back patio! 😳

We loved our experience with Kingdom Contracting. Daniel was the first we met and he was so friendly and kind while getting us our quote. It is a bit of a lengthy process as they take their time to be sure they are quoting you for what you want exactly. Andy (the project manager) stayed in constant communication with us even as there were some unforeseen delays. It didn’t bother us as the communication kept us in the loop at all times. The men that installed did a fabulous job and even added the cutest detail to the aluminum wrapping outside. The project to change our window was started and completed in one day. Andy was around most of the day to supervise. I’m in love with it! Thank you!!! 5 stars well deserved.

We had a leak coming in from one of our newer windows. I had called other companies and were told they don’t find leaks or fix those things. I came across Kingdom Contracting hoping they could help and they exceeded my expectations. Daniel arrived within the week to check out my issue. He was so professional and knowledgeable. He did a full check around our house and even checked our attic for us!! We mentioned when we bought the house during Covid we bought without an inspection and were too nervous to look and without hesitation offered to look for us. He wasn’t a pushy salesman and we felt like he was a trusted friend who truly cared to fix all our concerns. The day of the project Andy arrived with his crew on time and also so professional. They even patched a few things on late notice for us! They went above and beyond. They did an awesome job cleaning up after too. I could go on and on but Kingdom Contracting has 5 stars for a good reason! Awesome customer service!!

From the outstanding communication with us throughout our roofing project, to the quality workmanship and follow through Kingdom Contracting went beyond meeting our expectations! We had a few areas that needed to be addressed after the roofing was installed and Andy went above and beyond to assure those areas were repaired to our satisfaction. Our family selected Kingdom Contracting a couple years back for a siding and roofing replacement. We were really pleased!A couple weeks ago, we had a bad storm with a lot of strong winds. The next morning we noticed a single shingle laying in the front yard and noticed the spot on our roof where it was from. I contacted Sam at Kindgdom Contracting and he got back to me within a couple hours.Over the next couple of days they scheduled the repair, came out, and took care of it. The whole process was super easy. They had the same shingle we used in stock and they replaced it. The spot on the roof looks perfect. I'm so thankful that when I contact Kingdom Contracting that they respond quickly and take care of the issue with quality and timeliness. I feel like I am part of the company's family because it always feels like we get VIP treatment if an issue comes up. Our experience with Kingdom Contracting is a positive one. We reached out because we had a small leak in our attached garage and wanted to have it remedied before it got worse. Our initial phone call, with Kim- on the 12th, was pleasant and professional. From that point on the communication was exceptional! Kim emailed us with the appointment reminder after the phone call and on the day of the appointment we were texted an image of Daniel. All of this was paramount for us.Our inspection of the repair along with a free estimate was two days-on the 14th- after the phone call. This was expedited service. On the day of the inspection and estimate, were were provided an image of Daniel-prior to his arrival- so that way were to to know who to expect versus some random person just showing up at our house. Daniel was professional and patient as we had many questions. He provided insurance documents for our assurance and helpful tips when choosing a contractor. After we received our inspection and estimate we were confident to proceed with the repair.On the 16th Andy took over and provided top notch communication and on the 20th, the crew came out to do the repairs. Andy stayed on the job site and answered questions as they arose and he had no problem taking before and after photos of the project. To add, the photos were provided with detailed information for us to view later.So, within a week after the initial inspection the repair was completed and we were provided a lien waiver upon request without hesitation. Overall, Kingdom Contracting has exceptional work and communication ethics and for us that is extremely important when choosing a contractor.* Perhaps we will update after a good rain to speak on the actual repair itself.

Great company to work with! We had our house sided, and although supply chain issues got in the way of getting the siding as quickly as we had hoped, it was not their fault and they did a GREAT job of keeping us informed of what was going on. They actually do a great job of communicating in general. We felt like we were their only clients (which we know is not true). They came by daily to check on the work, checked in via phone and email as well when needed. And they do a great job of making sure you are happy with EVERYTHING. On top of that, the price was excellent! Can't recommend more!

I had an amazing experience with Kingdom Contracting. I called for a consultation, thinking I had a roof issue. They were able to determine it was actually a gutter issue and they were right as the next heavy rain fall left me with no issues after the work they did. I reached out to Kingdom Contacting the 1st week of May for a leak in our roof, they returned my call promptly and Sam came out the same afternoon to assess the problem. They repaired/replaced shingles along a leaky roof drip edge, replaced all ridge shingles, repaired/replaced chimney flashing and addressed a soffit issue we were having. Company was very professional! We had ordered the entire house to get brand new windows. From the first time meeting Kingdom contracting they seemed very dedicated and helpful. They were able to answer all my questions that I had with very knowledgeable answers. Anytime I did have questions after that first initial walk through at my home they answered the phone and/or called me back once I left a voicemail. My house has now been fully installed and the windows look terrific! They even sent a thank you from kingdom contractors with some homemade cookies. Such nice people, I highly suggest using them! Not to mention the crew who installed the windows were awesome. There jobs are not easy so I give them a ton of respect! Phenomenal service and excellent workmanship. Kim, Frank, and Marc went above and beyond what I expect from a contractor to make sure I could make the decision that's best for me. Their prices are very fair especially with how excellent their service is. Additionally they use top of the line materials and their warranty is outstanding. If it sounds like I work in their marketing department it's because I'd like to. Would be the easiest job in the world. I would recommend Kingdom Contracting to anyone friends or family.
