From contacting Vidmar Roofing to completion of a brand new roof on my house, everything was totally positive!I was very satisfied with the communication from Katie in the office as to when they would start, to coming at 7 a.m., to protecting landscaping, to clean up.The crew worked into the dark, and were so polite and friendly. In addition, Mike explained everything, came to look at the roof within a few hours after my call, and came back after completion to make sure everything was done.I highly recommend Vidmar Roofing! I am very impressed with their accountability, hard work and excellent job. My roof looks great! Thank you!

Mike came out and gave me an estimate on a few roofing issues I was having. He was early, honest, explained things clearly, and wrote out the quote right there and discussed different options to solve the problem. This was the fourth roofing company I had out and their prices were competitive and fair. They will be coming back next week to complete the job. I will update the review upon completion, but so far I would highly recommend Mike and the company.

**Update....owner contacted me and wasnt aware of ongoing problem. Miscommunication with project manager who was aware of problem.Appreciate reaching out and trying to make it right. Owner came over to look and gave update that he has workers coming to try and mend it this week in cold. Appreciate business caring.Original post: Gutters replaced in 2019. A week after in one corner of gutters it was having a steady stream coming down with light rain. Medium to heavy rain completely flowing over the corner. I called, they came for 10 mins...tried to put it in place. Next rain still going I have emailed and called back and forth. They have been out 3 times to "fix it" the last time (approx 2 yrs ago) he said may need to replace something to fix it. Then left and still corner gutter overflowing/dripping down in 2023, 4 years after installation. To me it appears something not done correctly and it would be a "big fix" so keep trying to find ways to avoid that and put bandaid on it until I get tired of calling. And frankly I am tired of nagging so just watch corner develope icicles . I do not like posting anything but positive reviews but I have waited 4 years to get an installation problem fixed.

I had a major roof leak that was rather complicated. Mike came out quick and on time to address the issue. He put great care and detail into his work. On top of that he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Had quotes from a few places and Vidmar had the best price and great installation. Great communication, even asked if was OK with me to push the installation back a day due to circumstances beyond their control. I had no issues with this and appreciate the early call to ask me, not tell me. I’ve had the leave guards (not certain of the brand they use, so I’m referring to them genetically) on for a few seasons now and they work great. I didn’t want to post a review until I saw the guards in action and I have no complaints. I was leery of what type of leaf guard works, and whatever brand Vidmar uses, they’re awesome. I have an inner ear disorder with vertigo, so gutter cleaning is out for me and now I wish I would have had these installed years ago.

Wonderful people had a problem with a leak in the roof called them and Mike came out to look at situation and fixed the issue right away. Mike was GREAT, PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY and the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely recommend Vidmar to other people in need of their services. Thank you very much!!!!!!

The company did a bunch of roofing jobs for me but at one point did damage to one of my parking lots and refused to pay to have it fixed. Of course it was the usual, "It was like that," and "We never did that." Typical answers. And yet the owner offered to pay for half the damage when I first asked him about it. Why would you offer to pay for half the damage if you never did anything? And why would I pay half? I didn't do the damage. So I paid this guy over $200,000 for new roofs and he was so cheap he couldn't spend $1900 to fix asphalt. The best thing to do is not give this company a dime.

Vidmar replaced our roof 9 years ago. Unfortunately the membrane under our 2nd story deck sprung a leak. (Due to wood rotting which allowed a nail to puncture the membrane) Mike came out and found the problem and fixed it all within an hour and still under warranty. After purchasing our home last year and living in it for about 9 months - we found out we had a roof leak. Had 3 different contractors come out to take a look and quote us. Vidmar was the only one to really hone in on the leak issue(s) and went above and beyond to fix the other side of the roof valley - which potentially could have the same issue as where it was leaking on the one side. I'd hire him again, and recommend him to anyone. He knows the roofing business well and is eager to please his customers.
