This company is a few blocks from me. A few years ago I asked for a quote, someone came out, we met, talked for a bit. I went inside while he looked at the roof. And poof disappeared. No call, nothing left on my door or mailbox.Then earlier this week, I called for another quote. I figured maybe something happened that could be explained the first time, plus a friend of mine who lives clear across town had her roof project done with them.Someone was to come out the following day and would look at it whether I was home or not and would let me know. No message, no phone call, no note left. And here we are 4 days later.Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

Very unorganized and difficult to work with. The secretary kept on telling me someone would come out and it kept on getting pushed back for about 3-4 weeks without anyone showing up until I asked for the managers phone number for the second time. I wish I would have been able to talk to Hugo the manager a lot sooner. Hugo did a good job of explaining to me what was causing the water damage and was very knowledgeable. Pollo the repair guy who came and did the work did a great job and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I am happy with the work they did. The reason I only give them 3 stars is due to nobody showing up when they said they would. Also, they are a little on the pricey side. Overall they do good work, but were difficult to work with.

They did a great job getting my roof put on in a day and half and the quality was great. The price was very fair too. I really appreciate Hugo and his team working with me to help me get my roof on in a short amount of time.

We have been trying to reach them after being promised a call back right away. As a business, like ourselves, pay your invoice! Don't hide from it. The secretary promised a call back right away with CC information and now they aren't answering their phones.
