It was a fair price, so we went ahead with the work. Jerry managed the installation and he and his team did an outstanding job. Sid Grinker was hired by my condo management company to repair water damage caused by flooding in the unit above me. Although I was told I could choose any company to do the finish work, I decided to stay with Sid Grinker, I was not disappointed. Working with Sid Grinker has been really helpful when we had some water damage to our building. Shari responded quickly and walked us through what to expect. They had a team here right away to help with cleanup. Todd kept us informed on next steps in the estimate process and Ronnie is just a phone call away when needed. Ronnie has been really easy to work with and is communicative and very organized. This company is very great to work with. They make things very seamless and easy, and always answer any questions or concerns I have. Their pricing is very reasonable and I've never had any issues with them. They are very honest and trustworthy and that in itself is something I value as a lot of other restoration companies try to bleed you dry of money. I had Jerry M's team come out on 2 different occasions. First was due to water damage for leaking pipe. I had black mold in small back closet. Team took out all the damaged walls and flooring that day and next day repaired walls. They also bagged up all the items I had in closet. Second time I had burst pipes in my bathroom. Jerry's was there that first night at 9pm. When the work was started I was keeped informed by Jerry and his team all along the way. Very professional and polite. Jerry had to work with a very difficult board and property management team who kept questioning everything he did. He remained very professional and called several times to make sure that I was being taken care of. I got connected with Kevin and he was extremely professional, prompt, detail-oriented and helpful. He made several trips to the house. This company came out after water damage like a swarm of ants. While in my Condo they took a step stool and were digging around in my cabinet drawer using my masking tape which they took and left whole drawer in disarray.There response “Ih we have a lot of temps that come and go” wrong response, they had no business touching anything!! If I could give these guys a 10 stars, I would. Jerry was the best! Dealing with him was the very best thing to happen. He made us feel special and not having to worry about anything. Everyone was friendly and professional. From the plumber, the electrician, the demo guys, the painters! Both Jerry and Terry were our main guys that we dealt with and nobody from their crews ever once treated us like we were bothering them. If we had questions, they would answer our questions and not once did they make us feel bad by asking questions. We were overwhelmed at the beginning but they took care of us. A great company! Our apartment flooded and they responded immediately. On top of that they are incredibly professional. They walked us through how to talk to the insurance company while answering any questions that my wife or I had. We also had an issue where some people were trying to get into our apartment and would not let them in. They called us and let us know. I later found out the people trying to get in were very shady. We appreciate their due diligence in this matter. On top of everything they were very careful with our personal property and asked us questions if they were unsure about anything. I work in construction and I rarely see the amount of care that these guys put into helping out distressed customers. Thanks again guys!

The repair tech, Esau “Chino” Borunda, was timely, explained the repair process as he worked and did such a great job that the wall was identical to the surrounding area. Kevin Golang noted the unique timeline that was customer driven and worked out a schedule that met our requirements. 5 week job took them 6 months to finish. The work they did was not good. Tried to get landlord to sign off before they finished. I had to personally install the cabinets after they didn’t show for 2 weeks. They never put an outlet in the bathroom. While we were away they blew the fuse and never told anyone. We came home after a week to a 97 degree house and no power. Everything in fridge and freezer were bad and the whole house smell for weeks cause of it. They ruined 5 of our blinds. They never covered our personal stuff. Had paint dust and grime all over our couch and recliner. Do not hire this company!!

Albert and his team are top notch professionals. They came into my mom's home and analyzed the mold situation, explained how the mold started and where it came from, diagnosed how they would remediate the issue and explained all this to me in layman's terms. There was a team of 4 that came into my mom's home and removed the mold in 2 days! They were honest, intelligent and very Professional. Courteous and very respectful of my mom's crib. My apartment complex hired them after flooding and they had no respect for my home. Since I was out they tried to just leave fans in my apartment instead of suctioning water out of the carpet. Carpet was left soaked for 48 hours. Several blinds were broken, lights were left on, doors left wide open after they had left, left my personal property outside for anyone to take, and used my towels to clean their mess and discarded them on my clean dishes. This company is the one that needed "mitigation!" Totally unprofessional, incompetent, uncommunicative, unresponsive, slow and expensive. It took them 90 days to clean up a small 1,000 sq. ft. condo. I would never use them again for recovery, much less the reconstruction they also wanted to do. Do not use them just because the property mgmt co. or HOA recommends them. The people they had restoring one of the units in my building were loud, rude, and were yelling profanities all day every day they were there working. Also slamming the heavy front door every time they went in our out of the building. I don't have the luxury of sleeping at night. I can appreciate people working 1st shift, doing their job. But the yelling profanities across the unit, and slamming the door constantly for 8 hours is ridiculous!
