We had a parking lot that needed a lot of attention since maintenance has not been kept up to date on it. Jesse and his crew came in and cleaned a lot of brush, weeds and over grown vines that grew in areas of our parking lot. After that filled in a lot of low areas over a couple of days then seal coated and striping done, it looks like a new lot again. Jesse and Mallory were both very professional and responsive. They even straightened and painted safety poles around our lot.

Tarmax came and fixed a botched job of another so called professional. They removed and replaced asphalt in low spots, filled cracks and sealed everything. I am really pleased with the result. Driveway looks great and the job was done extremely timely. I will definitely use Tarmax again in the future. Thanks Jesse for helping me!

I hired Tarmax to repair asphalt, fill in low spots, sealcoat, and stripe lines at a commercial office building for me. The results were phenomenal, it feels like a new parking lot with how good it looks. Texting made it easy to communicate and the price was very competitive. I'm very happy how it turned out and I'll be using them again in the future!

Really impressed with the timely, straightforward, accurate communication in my experience with Tarmax. The price was fair and what was being charged and why was clearly explained. Responses to questions were prompt and clear.The work itself was speedy and looks excellent. In my case this was the first sealcoat on a one year old asphalt driveway and it now looks as good as the day it was laid down. Tarmax listened to some concerns I had about keeping foot traffic away during a neighborhood event and went the extra mile to make sure the area was roped off very clearly (much more than I've seen done by other sealcoating companies).I can't think of anything to improve based solely on my experience. I would happily hire Tarmax again or recommend them if you're looking for asphalt maintenance.
