BUYER BEWARE - We had a tree fall on our roof in March 2022 which punctured through the roof and crushed the peak. We contacted Brad for an estimate for the roof repairs and to replace the entire roof.We received a call on July 5th that they'd be out the next morning and it would take 2 days. The crew showed up at 6am the following morning and started work. I was going to ask them a question, but none of them spoke English, so I was not able to communicate with them about concerns and to let them know not to install the dish that was on the roof originally.The main reason for the roof replacement was to fix the damage to the roof. The crew did fixed one of the spots, but installed new shingles over top of the other holes and the crushed peak. After they were "finished", they came back out, removed the new shingles in a few spots, cut out the felt and damaged plywood, replaced the plywood, and reinstalled the shingles. Unfortunately, the new plywood was thicker than the old, so there were bulges in the roof and they were forced to come out again.The crew put down 1 tarp along the back of the house, but threw shingles and trash around the entire house and did a terrible job cleaning up. I spent hours picking up nails and other debris after they left, and I still have shingles hanging from limbs in a tree next to the house. In fact, I cleaned up beer bottle caps from the driveway where they parked, and cigarette butts from the gardens, roof, and driveway. Their trailer left oil stains on the concrete driveway which I was not able to power wash away.Unfortunately, that's not the worst of it. We had some storms after the roof install and have rain coming into the house now from around the chimney. The team reused the original flashing but peeled the silicone away. This is causing water to run down the roof, hit the chimney, and go up behind the siding and into the house. The siding is now rotting away from behind, and we have damage to the drywall inside the house.The flashing on the porch was also reused, but not properly installed with the new shingles. When installing the ice and water barrier, it stuck to itself on one of the roof sections, so there is a 1" bump that is easily seen every evening.During the installation process, Brad was very unresponsive to my calls, even when conveying concerns about the team installing over the holes without repairing. You would think he would take it personally and get out there right away, but he's been very hands off. He was made aware of the leaking roof weeks ago, and I'm still waiting for him to return to get this addressed.Please don't put yourself in this position and contact another professional.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof inspection, Roof repair, Roof installation, Roof damage repair

I highly recommend Lakeland Roofing! They provide the best service in the area and are some of the hardest workers I've met. Our roof was completed in a timely & professional manner for a fair price. Communication throughout the process was great. They showed up when they said they would and they worked hard all day. I couldn't believe how fast they were, they are clearly good at what they do. They "leave no trace", the clean up was exceptional and they left no debris on the grounds. I have recommended them to family members and friends and everyone has had the same great service. Had a large tree branch fall on the roof causing 2 large holes. Brad was out the next day with a temporary patch. After the insurance company wanted more information Brad took care of it. They approved my roof replacement. Brad scheduled it and they came on time when promised. Finished the work in a day, cleaned up the yard of all the debris. No problems and fast work. This is the second time I have used Lakeland Roofing and am completely satisfied. Lakeland Roofing did an outstanding Job for me. I had damage on my commercial building that required repair and replacement. The owner came out to assess damage and gave me a quote. Quick response and multiple options as to best options for fix.We agreed on the best way to proceed and the material was ordered. Materials arrived in timely manner and we scheduled the work. I estimated it would take a few days to complete. They did the entire job, over 3000 square feet in 1 DAY. Start to finish. Very impressed. Had damage from ice dams this winter. Left a message which was returned that night. A nice gentleman came out the next day. Though he could not repair that day, he fixed my roof so it would t leak . Got a estimate and scheduled me in for this spring. Just for kicks I got another estimate once I could get someone to return my call. The estimate from other was well over Lakelands and no promise to when they would get to me. I’m glad I stayed with Lakeland especially their attention to get out and temporarily fix until they could get out here. Job done now, professional and exceptional cleanup.I considered having the roof reshingled completely but was told I had at least 10 more years . I wouldn’t have know , honest too. We would like to highly recommend Brad and Lakeland Roofing of Minocqua for his promptness and quality of service that he provided recently at our lake house in April of 2023. The ice and snow that came crashing off our roof took out a support brace on our 10 foot metal chimney. Brad came out within 48 hours and secured the chimney support better than it was originally and replaced a damaged shingle. We had peace of mind knowing that the chimney support and roof had been properly repaired. Thanks again, Brad and Lakeland Roofing.

I have never been more dissatisfied with a contractor than I have with this company! The only thing I can appreciate is the 5 out of state and probably out of country workers they had out here working. Any attempts to contact English speaking employees or Todd or Brad were unresponsive! Minor issues came up which needed attention and repeated attempts to reach someone was fruitless. After learning that the 5 Hispanic workers from Nebraska were tasked with doing my roof I wish I had the number from Nebraska to have my roof done!Service: Roof installation

Wow!! Same day service. We had several shingles that blew off the cap of our roof in a wind storm. I called Lakeland in the morning. Todd showed up about 2 hours later to assess the damage. He said he could see right down in our attic. We agreed on a price, very reasonable!! He said he would return to repair. It was a small job and I didn’t expect to see him back for a few days. 45 minutes later he returned with materials and an hour later the job was done.Couldn’t have more pleased. Todd and Brad have been on hold with our job until we got our insurance company to comply with what they and we thought would be the best route to repairing damage done to our roof from a tree falling on it. Several times they were ready and willing to come out, but due to our insurance issues we had to tell them to wait. Set up, replaced roof and cleaned up start to finish in 8 hours! We bought an old cabin that needed a new roof and we needed it done quickly / by a specific date in order to keep our homeowner insurance on the cabin. They were able to get us in the schedule and the roof looks great. I'd work with them again if we ever need roofing work in the future.

The guys we thought did a good job cleaned up after they were done looked nice until winter and then we had & still do have leaks trying to get him to come back was exasperateing he wouldn’t answer and then one day walla! He just happened to be at the airport going on vacation and promised to call as soon as he got back so it’s been a lot of calls, emails promising to come out and guess what never happened and never will a lot of waste of time so be careful with a business that won’t even come out and look at the problem so lesson hard learned buyer beware.Service: Roof installation
