From the onset, communication was great. The initial assessment and estimate was presented in a straightforward, understandable manner and the estimate was accurate as the final billing. The installation crew was timely, friendly and respectful of our home. They cleaned up any mess that was made, including washing fingerprints off surfaces. Once the job was completed, we were contacted to see how the system was operating, and when we brought up a small concern, a service professional came out the next day to make the adjustment. We are extremely happy with the entire service provided by Monroe Heating, and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Can't say enough great things about this company and its employees! We have used them for many years now with furnace installations and also have a yearly contract with them for seasonal cleanings and check-ups on our two gas furnaces, heat pump and 2 A/C units. (We're a bed and breakfast.) We recently had them also clean and check 3 gas fireplaces. Every employee has been outstanding, but Brett did such an exceptional job this fall getting this all handled in a timely manner and was able to fix a fireplace issue as well. Whenever we have had any problems, they are there! Thanks everyone--including Tracy who schedules all of this; we appreciate you all!

We had an issue with our range hood and were having a hard time finding someone to even come look at it because of where we live, the brand, or “we don’t get on the roof.” I called Monroe Heating and they quickly came to look at the problem without even knowing if they were able fix it. They had great communication, were respectful, and had it fixed quickly. We are extremely grateful and highly recommend them!
