Excellent and personalized service from everyone in this company. Christopher helped us understand the type of windows and the process, checked with us regularly, made two visits to our home. We received up to date information on installation dates. The two carpenters who installed the windows, Marcus and James, were thoughtful and considerate as well as excellent at their work. They cleaned up each night, took off their shoes so they wouldn't get floors dirty. I've already recommended this firm to others! This is the third project I have done with them and have been pleased each time.

This is the second time I have used Callen over the course of two homes. This was for a full front door replacement (all the things including frame). The entire process was turnkey, very friendly and engaged. Communication was fantastic throughout. Callen Construction completed our kitchen remodel project professionally with a friendly knowledgeable staff. They were able to handle the project from design to full completion. The project was handled in a timely manner and on budget. Our project manager communicated schedules and timing on a regular basis. We were informed on what was coming next on the daily construction, which left us without questioning what was happening next. The sub-contractors kept the house clean while they were still performing their work. They were respectful of our living space.We have used other contractors in the past where we have had issues. Callen installed a rather large replacement window in the upstairs loft area of our condominium. Marcus and James did an outstanding job installing the window and Ryan followed up with an equally outstanding prime and paint. I can recommend Callen without any reservation as I just contracted with them to install four new windows in our den. You may find a lower price but you won't find a better contractor!

Callen updated our Master Bath which was over 30 years old. They showed upmost professionalism and listened to our wants and concerns. Once the bathroom was completed we had them paint our upstairs hallway, interior doors and baseboards. Tom and Heather are both great to worth with. We had Callen replace our kitchen, laundry room, master bath and garage window with fiberglass replacement windows and could not be more pleased. From the beginning to the end of the project we were kept in the loop of where things stood and were never wondering when something was going to happen. The installers were great and took great care to minimize disturbance to our house and keep the work areas and the areas they were walking around clean. Stain was matched beautifully to our existing woodwork and it looks like the windows belong to the house. They are not the cheapest option out there but you get what you pay for and we got some high quality windows. We will definitely have Callen back out as we replace the remaining original windows in our house.Service: Window installation

Absolutely satisfied with all aspects of our kitchen remake. Everything as planned. Few surprises. Any issues/requests handled very quickly. Great group of subcontractors. All very professional and focused on the task at hand. Starting at the top with Paulette, no pressure, great direction. She really knows her stuff. Project manager Ryan always on top of things and very responsive to any issues. Always a can do attitude. Leo is a real craftsman. I think our home looks like a new build not a remodel. This was our 4th and biggest project with Callen. I don’t think it will be our last.

I had Callen do all my windows and doors and they did a great job and the installers were top notch. The project was very expensive. Then we got a price to redo the kitchen cabinets which was between $40 and $50k. So we scheduled her to come out to and go over the kitchen at our home. We told her we might sell and the scope of worked changed. We just wanted new cabinets and counter tops installed. I will rip out the old. Simply place new cabinets in the same footprint.She still $40k without measuring or giving a price breakdown. How can it still be nearly the same price for way less. She didnt even seem interested once we told her we were going to do less. Its a small ranch home so that price is extremely laughable.I will not recommend or use Callen in the future.

Going into this project my wife and I were lost, we had no idea what we were doing and could not agree on just about anything. We decided to seek professional help and, after meeting with several remodeling companies, we decided to go with Callen. We are so glad we did, from when we first met our designer, Jennifer, throughout the whole process this company was a real treat to work with. Jennifer met with us and listened to what we thought we wanted and helped us put the whole thing together. When we got stuck Jennifer was very patient and more importantly was great at getting us through it. Once the design was done it was time to get started on the work, Ryan was our general contractor and he and the whole Callen crew were great to work with. They treated our home with the utmost respect, we’re at the house when they said they would be and did the work with a sense of pride and the type of craftsmanship from a bygone age. The same can be said for the subcontractors they used for electrical, plumbing, drywall and flooring. I met them all at one time or another during the project, they were a great bunch of tradesmen. There were one or two small delays but Callen still managed to get the project completed in time for the holidays which is what we wanted. We can’t speak highly enough of this company and the people we worked with on our project. I probably had more questions than answers when we were considering using Callen construction, but Gabe was was very professional and was extremely accommodating to answer all my questions.
