I called StormProof Exteriors to come look at my skylights on a home we just purchased, because concerns of them leaking. Arber came out on short notice and since it was raining he made it a point to get out that day. Not only did he not charge us, but he was honest with telling us they did not need to be replaced. The company that came out a day earlier recommended replacement even though the skylights are less than 10 years old and suggested a “hail damage” claim. Our friends had StormProof Exteriors replace skylights in their home and they were very happy with the work and price! Glad I can share my experience!

Stormproof was working a roofing project in my neighborhood.I had a gutter problem on my home causing water to pour out onto the ground surface next to the house.Arber took the time to look at and fix my problem quickly.I plan to have him do other work for me in the future.

I had a great experience from start to finish. My roof was leaking and causing interior damage. I was able to get an inspection and estimate scheduled with Arber very quickly. He was professional and friendly without being pushy. The price was very reasonable and they were able to get the work done right away so that there would be no more damage during an upcoming snowfall. We had planned on using my existing skylight, however after seeing the damage around it after tear off, decided to replace it. Arber was able to get a new skylight same day without any interruption of the work, the new skylight installed and job was completed as planned. I received the phone number for Storm Proof Exteriors from a friend of mine that had his roof done a couple months earlier. My duplex is two houses away from my friend. I called Storm Proof Exteriors and Arber came out to the house. I got new insurance on my duplex and when they inspected it they told me I needed to replace the roof. I have the insurance in place but if the roof wasn’t replaced within two weeks it would cancel. I explained this to Arber and he wrote up my estimate which I must say was far more reasonable that the other 2 quotes I received! Looking at my neighbors roof and how well it was done I chose to use him instead of the other two quotes. To my surprise he went out of his way to get me on the schedule for my roof to get done 4 days later due to a reschedule of another client. He could’ve called the next client in line but due to my concern of losing my insurance he called me and said we can do it this weekend. I can’t ask for any better customer service from a contractor then what Arber did for me! One day a complete terror off of the house and garage and it was done. There were no nails or debris to be found when I went over there to look it over. I would recommend Storm Proof Exterior to anybody that would ask if I know a good roofer! I was scammed by a an outfit named Bear Builders 13 years ago who did a terrible job of building my front porch. As a result I had extensive water damage and had to reframe part of the structure. So I was overly vigilant when I hired StormProof to reinstall the flat roof and install siding. They did not disappoint. Asked for a quote/opinion on whether to install a whole new roof or repair several blown off shingles. He opted for repairing several shingles. The estimate was more than fair and the work was good. When my son saw a few more shingles on the roof that were starting to fray, they came back to fix them, and did the work for free!! He wouldn't even take a tip from my husband!!
