Wish I could give more stars! My insurance company turned me down twice to repair/replace my roof after a bad hail storm. They finally came through with an offer of two flats of shingles worth about $800, including labor. Two roofing cos. looked at my roof and more or less said my roof was ok for a few more years. DuraShield said no. They took over and got the insurance co. out twice. Long story short, they got me a new roof, gutter toppers, etc. worth $75000. I didn’t have a no-name insurer. The whole process would have been a nightmare without their assistance. Everyone I worked with was professional, always available, and didn’t stop until they achieved my goal. Great crew and the clean up was excellent.

I can’t give more than a five star rating to this company or I would! They walked me through my mom’s roof from start to finish. My mother had a difficult time understanding the process and they were super patient and organized with everything. I really appreciate all that they did and how they cleaned up everything nicely afterwards. She Had zero issues and still don’t have any. They also assisted me in my home with a roof leak/ repair and fixed everything nicely for us. Very happy! Thank you for a job well done.

Had it hail last night and am going on vacation tomorrow. I had Alex show up on extremely short notice(I called and within a hour he showed up)to check if I had hail damage. Turns out I did not but Alex went out of his way to explain a lot of things about my roof and how to fix and maintain things such as algae growth and what hail damage will look like. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

When I noticed shingles missing from our roof after a storm, I contacted Alex from DuraShield to take a look at the damage. He came out the very next day and patched up the areas himself at no charge. We then filed a claim with our insurance company and Alex negotiated with them until they both came to an agreement with claim. He also brought over many different shingle color samples for us to look through until we were 100% happy.Alex let us know that the new roof would be put on within five weeks, and less than two weeks later the date was scheduled.The roofers arrived promptly at 7am and were great about moving items out of the way carefully and laying tarps out around the perimeter of the house. When removing the shingles they found areas of rotten wood that they replaced, and stayed until 7pm when the job was done. Alex communicated with us throughout the day through texts and pictures. He stopped by after they had gone to make sure that we were happy and to check in. He let us know that he would be taking his own pictures, and using his magnetic roller around the house to pick up any rouge nails in the lawn within the next day or two. We were extremely happy with how the roof looked when the job was complete.The customer service that Alex provided throughout the entire process was beyond exceptional. His communication was top notch and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'd recommend Alex and DuraShield to anyone!

I honestly cannot say enough about Durashield. I have been working with Anthony for many years and have done many projects with him and Durashield. Durashield is the only vendor I use for roof repair and replacement. I know the work is done professionally and I don't have to worry about leaks or issues. Some of the investors I work with have required to work with other contractors it the past...in the end, Durashield is who I call to fix the leaks and issues that these other contractors failed on during install. The day of build the shrubs were draped and exterior was protected with extension draping also. The day of repair was adjusted due to weather and safety for the crew. After a hail storm in April 2022, I contacted Durashield; having seen them in the area over doing roofing jobs over the past year. They were very quick and responsive - easy to reach and quick appointment. I worked with Peter who was very attentive and provided all the details of how they work with my insurance. I got lots of updates and clear info all the way leading up to my roof replacement appointment which came quicker than I expected. Once the day came for the job, Durashield's crew was here on time and worked throughout the day, taking great care of everything around my house, and updating me on status and of any issues. Amazingly, they got the entire job done in one day, and the roof looks great! I'm really happy I chose Durashield for my roof replacement. I stongly urge anyone needing a contractor with integrity and honesty to run far away from Durashield!!!!!!!! They sell you a bill of goods.....to get your business, then complete a portion of it (the large money making portion) then say they cannot or won't do/complete the rest. Sales representative (Adam) lied to get the business. The owner, Anthony tried to save face and said he would make sure the rest of the hail damage repairs are taken care of. I agreed to let them. Of course....after some time....Anthony, the owner backed out too...said they wouldn't be able to complete the rest of the work due to it taking a long time for payment....then threatened collections and started copying his lawyer on all correspondence. I never threatened or said I wouldn't pay. Their invoice was not matching the insurance paperwork. I needed clarification to be sure the numbers matched. All Anthony would say is our invoice is final...but he did not and would not show me why I was missing the insurance information so it didn't equal to the Durashield information. Simple fix, but he refused....finally, Kim...from the office provided detail...then the invoice was paid. Again...horrible company....lied to get an $85,000 plus roofing job.....then backed out of doing the rest of the damage repair (smaller dollar amount). I have all email documentation to back this review up!!! Anthony, the owner, even said he would have fired his sales representative because he lied to us............but couldn't fire him because they were so busy. Anthony, the owner backed out of the rest of the job too. Horrible company to do business with. Now, I sit having to find additional contractor(s) for the work Durashield originally promised they would do (siding, window screens, roof vent....etc). Please consider giving your money or your insurance companies money to companies that don't lie to you!Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

I would give Durashield a 100 star rating if possible. Peter was so great to work with. He answered all of our questions and was always very fast and thorough. The crew was fast, professional, and did a great job. The company that replaced our gutters was awful. When they were done there brand new shingles were lumped up on the first row and they even had gutter brackets turned sideways under them. They bent the new gutters. Bent my facia all up. Also left a lot of it hanging down because they pulled out nails and didn't replace them. Peter was over the same day after they finished and put us at ease assuring us they would fix it and they did just that. They took care of everything! Also informed me they are no longer working with that gutter company. Durashield is a throwback company that truly cares about their customers and the work they do. It was refreshing to work with a company that cares in the age where most companies ignore you after they get paid. I would highly recommend Durashield for your roofing and gutter needs. Unfortunately due to storm damage, I have needed their services twice within a 3 yr window. From initial inspection to walking you through the insurance maze they were super helpful! They always get back to you in a timely manner and do the little things that help separate them from the storm chasers. We had a few things that needed followup and they made it a priority to get it taken care of. That means a lot to the homeowner who has already paid for the job.
