Great salesman! We had these windows in our last home and loved them ! Price was fair and the installation men were wonderful! Neat, fast super nice people! One window cracked very slightly I made a fast call the woman was great ! Got it ordered, all I had to do was send a photo so she could be sure to order the right size.It was replaced in less than 2 months . Perfection! We’re going to be replacing basement windows and of course we are calling them back!!!! AAA plus!!!

He was on time, sat down with us and patiently discussed our requirements and our sunroom desires. He answered all of our questions and during the design of our sunroom he was able to save us THOUSANDS of dollars and still provide us with what we wanted! He didn’t try and steer us toward a product we neither wanted nor could afford. He talked to us and treated us like family! Entry and storm doors not installed correctly. We requested repairs, and all of the sudden they're not as friendly as the sales person was. Repairs still aren't complete. The doors are very expensive and I expected so much more.

Crispian Trewhella was easy to interact with and was very professional, knowledgeable and articulate detail minded.I had him replace 1/2 of my windows in 2023 and I am replacing the balance in 2024 to be able to receive 2 tax credits.He suggested an option for my large front window that will save me money and a style that I will enjoy and appreciate allowing the fresh air flow.I am excited to have the remaining windows and a new front door replaced in March of 2024.

Windows are great. Install team had accidentally damaged some exterior trim (as seen in photo), but Champion was easy to work with to schedule and repair the damage. This speaks volumes to the high-quality products and great customer service you'd expect from Champion.

Have had water leaking into sunroom ever since supposed completion. Numerous phone calls and water continues. I can't put my flooring down. Never offered any monetary compensation for over 3 months of aggravation.

I just had some windows installed yesterday and the quality of the windows was subpar at best. Very bad finish in the material and scratches all over. They subcontract the installation and that was worse than the windows. I called to have something done and I’m yet to receive a resolution, even when I still have the remainder of the balance. When they come out, they badmouth all of the other companies saying they’re the “Best” and they’re the “only ones that manufacture their own product”. Go elsewhere! Save your money!
