We used Damage Control for some water damage we had from a leaking roof. Through their excellent work on that project, we found out that they also did home remodeling. After a few quotes from other companies along with Damage Control, we decided to go with them again for our complete bathroom and kitchen remodel. We are so pleased with the work! A few hitches here and there which is always to be expected with any remodel, but everything was handled professionally and communication was terrific. Would not hesitate to use them again. In fact, in a month we will be using them again to paint the outside of our home!

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Damage Control to anyone, and have already done so to family and friends. They finished our basement including a half bath on time, and the entire process was truly a pleasure. Rich and Nate kept on top of every detail and were in constant communication with me. Their workmanship was just outstanding and everything went as planned. We are already planning to do our master bath with them, and a patio door install.

1 star is being to generous. I would not hire or do any work for this company. We finished a job in January for them and still have not been paid. No one returns calls and when I stopped in office all I received were lies from Paul Winter. They are most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.

We had a fire in April 2018. Damage Control was our restoration company recommended by our insurance company and agent. They over promised and under performed throughout the restoration. Have emails on file to document timelines promised versus completed. Items ( desktop computer, 3 disc wall mount CD player) were removed from the home that were never documented. Also numerous items taken for cleaning (CRDN Company for Damage Control) that were never credited for insurance or returned. When I confronted Eva at Damage Control, she said she would research and get back to me. That was in the fall of 2018. She has been given numerous opportunities to contact me, and has not. Many issues still not resolved. I would not recommend Damage Control.

Combined the great experience of a super high end remodeler with an investment lower than almost all competition. The team was great and was able to accomodate a tight turn around on our basement remodel.
