We are very excited to share that we have some beautiful new windows from HomeSealed. We had a nightmare of an experience with a different window company and were very tentative to enter into a new contract after losing a lot of money and time. The sales manager, John, personally came out and met with us, measured our windows, and followed up in case we had any questions. We were given an estimate of when our windows would be installed and saw no delays. The HomeSealed subcontractors assigned to our project, Bruce, Aaron and Tom, were meticulous with making sure all windows were installed perfectly. They were friendly, professional, and offered great communication throughout the entire install. Would definitely recommend!

I had some windows done with Homesealed in 2020 and noticed they used a lot of quarter round on the inside as well as chaulk. It appears as though the window was a little too small and they were covering up the gap on the inside potentially? I'm having a new project done for some other windows and the gentleman who did the measurement said he doesn't personally recommend that install technique. Does anyone know if this is normal or should I be concerned? In spots the chaulk work is a little messy and I noticed frost building up on the inside during a couple days last winter which makes me nervous moisture is getting in and could cause mold.

Our experience with HomeSealed Exteriors was the Best in total satisfaction. From coming to our home and giving us our quote to final day of installation. Brett came to our home and explained everything thoroughly. He also had many samples and examples in his little car. We were told an estimation of how long it would take for our windows to arrive for installation and told how to prep the inside of the home for the day of installation. The prep was easy and didn't take much to move furniture around to allow space for the installers. The installers were great. Answered all my questions and the cleanup was the best that I've had from any contractors we've hired. They also went over the operation of the windows before the left. The job did go into a second day and they finished all the inside install and left the outside work so we didn't have to miss a day of work to accommodate them. We really appreciated that.The windows look great and the operation of them is so much better than the windows we had. These are not cheap windows, but if look at the quality, service and warranty your getting more bang for your money. Replacing cheap windows more often does not save you money. If you want quality and service I would recommend HomeSealed Exteriors. They make you feel like the job was done by family.

From the client service rep call all the way through the installation, everyone we dealt with was focused on making sure we were completely satisfied, and WE ARE! We replaced the storm door, got maintenance free soffits and fascia wrap, and had a completely new window added above our front door. It is truly an entryway makeover. I just had five windows installed and they look fantastic. They removed my old wood double hung windows and aluminum storms and installed the new windows in about 5 hours. They came in a month early as well. The crew cleaned up after the job and the metal work was well done. I'm very picky with work I have done (as I am paying a decent amount of money) and demand the best. Home Sealed delivered.

Quality of work is very poor and jobs seem rushed. I had windows, siding, and gutters replaced. The windows turned out good. Although, the gutters turned out decent, I was left 2 days without gutters in the rain while water seeped into by basement. Tried to communicate with several individuals with my concerns and I never recieved prompt responses. The siding would be my biggest concern, poor cuts, uneven edging, and all around a sloppy job.

We used HomeSealed to replace 6 windows and 3 doors in our Shorewood bungalow. All of the products installed were of excellent quality. I was most impressed with their service though. Dan was our sales person and he was really easy to work with. They were able to schedule our installation about 4 weeks earlier than expected which was nice since it was late Fall. The installers did a great job getting everything installed. The project took 2 days and they were always on-time, easy to work with, and installed everything very well. We are very pleased with the entire process and would definitely recommend. We'll likely use HomeSealed again for the other windows that still need replacing.

The installation wasn't 5 star as two of the 3 panes of the patio door were blemised, seal at bottom of door pane had some gaps in it, no latch on screen door shipped. I tell you this because I blame the manufacturer for most of this, amd to me, MOST importantly, Homesealed responded to the problems quickly and professionally. No hesitation at all. Their employees were all kind and professional. So, knowing that they do stand behing their product and workmanship is worth 5 stars! Had new basement windows put in to replace the original metal framed ones. Installment was earlier than expected and all the work was complete in just over 3 hours. I did not meet them, however, my wife did, and they sounded professional. It looks like they cleaned up very nicely as well. We had about 4 companies out here, and I'm glad we chose HomeSealed. Great company end to end throughout the entire process. The sales guy we got was not a sales guy but rather had a background in construction. Incredibly easy to work with and after doing much research on vendors and getting 5 bids, we went with HomeSealed. This was a very large project - windows, front door, patio door, siding, soffits, fascia, and gutters/downspouts on the whole house. They have a high quality installation process, all 4 sides of the windows were flashed, the house was wrapped (original build didn't include any wrap and there was tons of rotted OSB behind the original siding), and the crews were very accommodating to our requests during the work. Small adjustments or mistakes we saw during the process were immediately corrected. Upon project review, they sent out a couple guys first thing in the morning the very next day to address some of the small stuff that was missed. For a project this large, it's understandable that a few things will be missed and they remedied that stuff immediately. We have nothing but good things to say about HomeSealed. Quality product (Okna windows are extremely high quality vinyl windows) and good installation, and the crews do a great job with cleanup.

Niki kept us in the loop with everything as far the timeline for production and installation, and our windows were actually finished and installed nearly a month earlier than the original timeline. I paid $27k for new windows! I expected these to be good quality windows and they leak air badly! These new windows are worse than the windows they replaced! I would not buy these windows! I did a search on the windows are they had good reviews but they have to be fake reviews because these are terrible windows! What a waste of money! Very VERY unhappy!! I have ice on the inside of my windows! I complained before because there was condensation on the windows and they said nothing wrong it’s high humidity even though the humidity in my house was 40%! The installers were on time and considerate. They did a great job and cleaned up well before leaving. The windows (two sliding windows and three picture windows) and screen door are great. We installed some picture windows in place of old double-hungs on our three-season porch, and now we can see out of our front porch! It is also warm enough in there to have dinner on our porch even when it's in the 20s out. I got other estimates. Some companies couldn't do what HomeSealed Exteriors did, and I trusted Tim at HomeSealed Exteriors more than the other people I met with, even if they quoted comparable prices.
