The techs that come out to do our services are always polite and thorough. When our furnace stopped working, they were able to come out quick to investigate. Once it was determined that the furnace would be better off being replaced, they were able to get us scheduled within two days for a new install. I am very happy with their work and response time!

The Thielmann Group responded super fast when we called to request assistance with our furnace. It was determined parts were no longer available due to the age of our furnace that needed immediate repair/replacement. Replacement was scheduled for the next day. Installers Eric and Branden arrived on time. They worked on removal and replacement for several hours paying close attention to detail. They were skilled and respectful HVAC installers who cared for our home as they would their own. The guys explained operation of the new equipment and answered our questions. I am very grateful you helped me with furnace repair and new furnace installation. My old furnace quit before a cold snap and snowstorm three days before my payday during a holiday. Great experience, ihave a duplex, and after the huge snow storm and the multiple power surges we had, I was experiencing some issues with one of my furnace. Call Dave and asked him to send me a quote on a furnace as I have previously worked with them, and the other furnace was working great. 2 days letter, I had the crew working on my old furnace and in no time, we were up and running. They have the best products, best sale persons, customer service, techs... not only you get a great furnace but also a great team. Thank you all guys!!!

Dave from Theilmann and Son Heating & Cooling came to give me a second opinion and I cannot thank him and his honesty enough! I originally had an appointment for a tune-up with another well-known group who told me I needed over $5,000 of new duct work. Dave came out, reviewed my equipment and provided me with a much more honest assessment. Could I use the larger duct work? Sure. Did I need it now. No. Were there other options to obtain a similar result at a much lower cost? Yes. Would I be alright and my furnace operate perfectly fine if I did nothing? Yes. I really appreciate his honesty and I will be calling him in the future for all my HVAC needs so that I am not taken advantage of like I almost was with the other company!

I was very impressed with the Theilman Group. I had 3 quotes done, and Dave, from the Theilman Group, was here much longer than the other 2 companies. Dave took the time to review my entire cooling system top to bottom. The other two companies just did a fast once over, but Theilman Group took the time to really figure out my needs. The installation guys were awesome too. I got my new air conditioner early in the season, so they couldn’t test out if it worked after installation. I was worried they would forget about me, but they called me on the first set of nice days to get me feeling cool! I’m very impressed with this company for meeting every one of my needs. I’m sitting in a cool house because the Theilman Group did a great job! Thanks guys!

Duct-cleaning by 2 others.Scheduling was done in a short window. All seven techs arrived at the promised time.Most POLITE and CONGENIAL techs we have ever had in our home, regardless of work to be done (e.g. roofing, painting, fence installation, plumbing, etc.)! All kept us apprised of what they were doing and why. Very professional.Everything looks perfect. Techs left not a speck of dirt upon their work's completion.

I cannot recommend Thielmann & Son enough. I called them on a Friday afternoon after I came home to my CO alarm going off in the basement. They sent somebody out within 2 hours to my house, diagnosed the problem and showed me the issue and it was very clear that I'd need a new boiler to replace the 30 year old unit I had. Not only did they have a quote to me within 2 hours of leaving my house, but they had 2 techs at my house the following Monday morning to install the new unit and install additional zoning at my request.Every tech I met with was very nice and explained everything to me well. The work they did is outstanding. The solder joints and all pipe runs/fittings are clean, there are valves absolutely everywhere for easy replacement of hardware without needing to drain the whole system, all wire runs are managed, and best of all my house is heated and the zoning is working amazingly.

We had an excellent HVAC installation experience with the Thielmann Group. Jason Peck, the company owner, came to our house and explained to us exactly how his company would install the ideal HVAC system for our large home. Jason answered all our dozens of questions with an alacrity we hadn't seen from any of the other heating and air-conditioning vendors in this market.Soon after we placed our order, the Thielmann installation and engineering crew, led by the exceptionally knowledgeable Heath, got the job done quickly and efficiently, leaving the place much cleaner (and cooler!) than it was when they arrived.The result: an ideal Lennox heating and cooling system that is even quieter than Jason described. Its efficiency is astonishing, especially compared to our 17.5-year-old HVAC system it replaced. It's as if the system is trying to keep a secret from us that it is actually cooling our house, and we feel surprised when we step outside our cool cocoon and the outdoor temperature is 90° with an 81° dewpoint.Best of all, the Thielmann Group is affiliated with Costco, and as a result we got a spectacular number of rebates from Costco, the credit card companies and even a few hundred bucks from the Energy Star people. After taking bids from four other HVAC companies, this turned out to be the best deal, by far.The bottom line: We got the best HVAC system we could've found anywhere, at the lowest possible price.
