We had our gutters replaced a few years ago and the downspouts updated recently when we resided our house. Oostburg Seamless did both projects. Each time we call, someone knowledgeable answers the phone and their staff shows up when they say they will and does quality work.Other home improvement contractors should job shadow them . Home projects would be so much easier if Oostburg Seamless would do all home improvements.

I called around in the Late Fall of 2022 to no less than 5 gutter companies. Oostburg Seamless was one of them. They called back in a timely manner. The other businesses called back and either put me on a "wait-list" or never called back! Oostburg promised an estimate by a particular date - they delivered. Steve the sales guy was very knowledgeable and helpful about product options.We settled upon a gutter style, color and gutter cap system and an intall date was scheduled in December. Again, they delivered as promised.However, due to my own oversight, I failed to communicate specifics as to how I wanted a particular downspout installed. No Problem! Steve dispatched the crew back to install the downspout per my liking - at No Charge!Can't say enough positive about this company!! In this day-in-age of gutter/window/siding swindlers and hustlers, it was a pleasure doing business with this family owned and operated company. I gladly wrote Oostburg Seamless Gutters a check. If you are looking for a dependable and professional company? Then this is the company for you. I had my gutters replaced last year. During the winter I noticed that one of the corners were leaking and water was standing in my front long gutter. I called a couple weeks ago and the following week they were out and fixed both issues.Thank you guys for addressing this issue prompt and professional. They didnt charge me anything to fix it. We had Oostburg Seamless install gutter guards on our home last fall. The work was expertly done and completed ahead of schedule. A week or so, during a very heavy rain I noticed water overflowing the gutter so I gave them a call. Less than 24 hours later they had someone out to the house to remove a small wasp nest that had clogged the water flow and we are back in business. Thank you for a great product and great customer service!

Had gutters installed. First of all I did not like the look of these huge gutters as they went over the top of my bottom shingle. I had to purchase and install another row of shingles to cover these ugly things. Another issue is the way they installed the gutters, they installed from west to east which means you can see every seam from the front yard. They also used a large head screw and within a couple weeks all the screw heads were poking through the shingle so now I have leaky shingles. I did not contact them to redo their work because if they made this many mistakes I do not have confidence that they will fix the problem correctly. Very bad experience! I also used this company to install shutters for my employer I called them because the gutter was not sloped properly and water sits in them. That was several months ago and they still have not fixed the problem. Steer clear of oostburg gutters.

These guys replaced the gutters around my house a few months ago, but rather than disposing of all the metal brackets and screws from my old gutters, they just threw everything on the ground around the house and left it there. To this day I am still finding brackets, screws, and roof shingles around my yard and driveway.When I originally reached out for them to do the job, they told me it would be a couple weeks before they could get to my house. That wasn't a problem for me at all. They randomly showed up at my house one day completely out of the blue though to do the job, I had never gotten any sort of heads up or anything. Not a huge deal but it would have been nice to at least have known they were going to show up.They did a good job on the gutters overall, however they made a huge mess in my yard and I had no idea they were coming when they did.

We had gutters installed by Oostburg Seamless Gutters approximately 6 years ago. They were installed quickly, professionally, and for a great price. This past winter due to freezing and thawing we had a large build up of ice that separated a small portion of the gutter from the house. We called Oostburg Seamless Gutters to see if we could pay them to reattach it because of the height; they came out and did it for nothing.
