The sign of a good company is a job well done…the sign of an exceptional company is a job well done and making a customer feel valued. Environmental Services is that rare exceptional company. After a competitor failed to show up for duct cleaning they fit me in the very next day. As the pictures show, they not only removed years of gross build-up, but took the time to explain the procedure. For the first I breathed clean air without an allergic reaction and the house felt 10 degrees warmer due to increased air flow. I plan to have them duct clean another house. Exceptional!

We used this great company three times in the past 3 months for some very large and important jobs at our home.I was very impressed by their knowledge and professionalism from the beginning to the end. LRuss and Melissa were absolutely phenomenal. The crew they brought with to do a major job on our stone fireplace outside were excellent. Besides working hard and completing the job to perfection they were personable and kind.Their response time on any questions or requests were immediate. Thank you guys for a job well done. I recently had my chimney torn down and rebuilt by these guys. I had a few estimates for the job and chose them mostly for the professionalism they displayed from day one. Russ came out did the inspection and immediately sent me pictures with a detailed estimate on the work to be performed. Russ and his crew showed up as promised to start the work, they were polite, fast and completed the work in the time promised. They left my property inside and out as they found it, and did a great job cleaning up. Each time I reached out to Russ he was quick to respond. It was a shot in the dark choosing Russ's company, one I'm glad I took. I would highly recommend Russ for any chimney services you may need. Thank you guys! Very professionally run company indeed!

I always get 3 estimates before choosing anyone to do repairs and this company was top notch. Russ came over and showed me what was needed and how he would replace my chimney liner and put a new cap on very knowledgeable and explained in detail VERY professional and I was VERY impressed right away. Price was reasonable half of what the others were charging. I Highly recommend using this chimney service.

Called ahead of time and arrived on schedule . 3 person crew went to work and knocked the air vent cleaning, and chimney inspection out promptly. Minimal disruption to our house while they were working. Friendly and informative crew. Would highly recommend to others.

I have been using Environmental Contracting for years . They rebuilt my chimney chase cover. They do all my chimney cleanings. I had them clean my dryer vent. The crew saw an issue, brought it to my attention and they came back to repair it. Other companies would have cleaned it and moved on.They are the only company I can call and feel confident that everything will be handled correctly after other companies have left me very disappointed. I had them out recently to make sure my chimney cap was OK. They came out, inspected it, adjusted it and didn't charge me. That could have been an opportunity to sell me a new one, but they were honest and even adjusted it to make it better for me. That is very rare in these times.I highly recommend them.

We have gone back to them time and again through the years for services ranging from chimney sweeping to dryer vent cleaning. They exceed expectations every time. You do not get generic service with ECS. They will do whatever it takes to make sure a job is done thoroughly, correctly and will stand the test of time. I cannot recommend this place enough!We just bought a new house in September and recently noticed our house was getting dusty real quick and my allergies were very bad. We had them come out and clean our vents and the amount of dust that came out was insane! They did such a fantastic job and they even cleaned our dyer vents for us last minute. Tyler and Melissa were professional and friendly. I felt very at ease with them in my house. They talked to us like friends and even gave our dogs some love while they were working. It's truly an amazing company with great people and I am so happy with them. If I could give them more stars, I would! :)

Tyler and Max came and cleaned our ductwork and dryer duct. They are very professional courteous and helpful. They found my husband’s wedding ring in the cold air return and it’s been missing for years! They even let our dog supervise! We were shown before and after pictures and what a great job they did! I recommend this company to anyone who needstheir ducts cleaned or any chimney work. This is the only company we will ever use in the future!

We are first time fireplace homeowners. After owning our current home for three years we finally made an appointment for an inspection and chimney sweep.Thankfully we did as we had two panels that basically crumbled and needed to be replaced. The initial tech who came out was a woman. I was so impressed! However, due to scheduling issues and additional repair issues the owner completed our job. What a wonderful, easy experience! Melissa was an absolute treasure and not (frankly) what expected from the front-woman of an air-duct cleaning company. Friendly, thorough, eloquent, responsive, always one step ahead of me and never making me feel "sold to" but simply SERVED. They got us on the schedule right away to clean the ducts in our home, were sweet about interacting with our dog, answered all our questions, left our home clean and perfect, and showed us before/after photos. We put off doing this for 14 years but will now be calling them every few years to keep up on fresh, clean air for our family. Tyler and Tristan were our technicians and they were very nice. I've never felt so comfortable having three strangers (now friends!) in my home. Highly, highly recommend.

This is the second time we have requested this companies services for a reason. We had a wonderful experience with Melissa, Tyler, and Tristan. Melissa is very friendly and accommodating. She was able to set everything up in a timely manner. Tyler and Tristan were very pleasant and professional. Tyler was very thorough with our chimney inspection. Both gentleman did a great job sweeping the chimney and clearing the air ducts. And they were very friendly with our two small and curious children. Melissa, Russ and the rest of the team did a great job for us. My husband and I had chimney repair and tuckpointing done on our home. Melissa walked around the entire house with me, making sure I knew exactly what was going to be done. When the work was completed, we did another walk-around to make sure I was satisfied with the work. We are very satisfied! The entire team was respectful, polite, and did a great job for us. I have a great deal of landscaping close to the house. The crew was super careful to make sure nothing was damaged. They were here when they said they would be and finished the work on time. We highly recommend ECS!

Absolutely fantastic service! Ryan and Tyler were polite and professional. They knew exactly what they were doing. I had my vents cleaned. They accomdated my working from home and need to be on a call at a certain time so the worked on those vents first. Explained the process and showed before and after pics of the vents. Covered furniture that was under a vent. 15 vents total supply and returns and they were completed in less than 3 hours. Other than it getting a bit cold as they have to have the door open for the large hose to connect to furnace I had nothing but a positive experience and would recommend them to anyone.

I almost never post reviews, but Russ and his entire crew at ECS are the absolute best. They are one of the best companies I've ever worked with. They literally check every box. SUPER responsive. Very professional (the entire crew was so friendly). Competitive prices. Great customer service. High quality work. They explain everything, every step of the way. And sounds corny, but they honestly seem to care about you as a customer. Russ went above and beyond multiple times for us, we can't thank him enough. These days you can’t be too cautious with your health. We need to protect a family member who is at risk so so I decided to get air ducts cleaned. I didn’t know where to go for help. Called a few companies including those with low ball coupons. ECS was by far the most professional and gave me a firm price I could trust. So glad I hired them. They did a great job. Seemed so thorough and now I have more peace of mind. I recommend them very much

I took advantage of a mail coupon and I am so happy I did. Russ came to the house for a free inspection (coupon) cause I needed a 2nd opinion of a job another contractor did on our brick chimney. His team set up the appointment, Russ was on time and spent all the time I needed. He was professional & very educated in his field. Long story short... the 1st guy was terrible and Russ fixed it beyond my satisfaction. A Job well done!!! Tyler and Craig just completed our air-duct cleaning and they did a wonderful job! They called prior to their arrival and asked if they could arrive early which really worked out well. They explained the cleaning process upon arrival, showed us before/after pictures along the way and finished up with more pictures and explanations of what was found.
