Very unprofessional business. In September of 2022 Badgerland was scheduled to install windows and doors in my house. At around 8am, he called me to claim that my house was locked, which it was not. Ed Plada, ended up breaking into a house down the street, and installed the windows in a different house. Once confronted about the situation, he claimed I was lying and losing my mind. He told me he reordered windows for my house and they would show up in 4-6 weeks, which was a lie, per the window manufacturer. Ed continued to give me updates threw November, I finally called the manufacturer and confirmed that Badgerland never ordered my new windows. I talked to the senile owner of Badgerland and we verbally agreed that I wouldn't have to pay for the 2nd half of the windows. Ed was lying the entire time. Finally in January of 2023 my windows arrived. 1 had a crank in the vinyl, which never ended up getting replaced, even though he emailed me promising it would be replaced on February 13 2023. The bathroom window was glazed, which I never ordered, 2 windows weren't insulated, and 1 storm door doesn't even latch. Within a week I get a bill for $300 MORE than the full amount. I called the senile owner (Dave) and reminded him about our agreement. He told me "it's too bad and the business owner will always have the last laugh." Stay far away from this scam of a company. Anybody would be a better bet that Badgerland Windows and Siding

Badgerland windows and siding is my "go to" place for both windows and siding. They replaced a couple of windows, two patio doors and resided my entire home. Always professional and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that we were pleased with the results. The change in owner ship from Dave to Ed continued the standard of excellence that makes them a premier company to work with. I couldn't be happier with the results. My recent experience with Badgerland Windows and Sidling was terrific. I dealt initially with Dave and he was both helpful and knowledgeable. I couldn't be more pleased with the window replacement which was recently installed in my bedroom. It transformed the room and was exactly what I wanted.The installation crew was fabulous; they worked diligently to make sure eveything was perfect. I highly recommend this company; they will be getting repeat business from me. Thanks for a job well done.

I purchased an entire home of Windows from this business because they offered a lifetime warranty. I now have two windows that are failing. After calling for weeks and weeks, Dave finally came out and measured them and said he would get back to me. Several weeks went by with no response. I called them back several more times before I was told the manufacturer may not maintain their warranty, but they would TRY to help me. Again, no answer for weeks. Four months later I called again and spoke to a man who did not know the name of the window manufacturer or anything about the warranty. Even after spending a significant amount of money having ALL my windows replaced, they refuse to back up their warranty and continue to provide incredibly bad service.Take my advice, do not give Badgerland a second thought when doing your home improvements. Here today, gone tommorw should be their motto.

Cheap materials...not replaced with comparable product of what I had... 1 screen frame bent and I found it leaning against house and not installed. Wanted back door replaced and kitchen remodeled... they never contacted me about it.

Rude. Called to ask if they would be interested in quoting a job. Whoever I spoke to was very rude and didn't seem interested and referred me to Precision Glass. Don't know why he even bothered to pick up the phone if that's how he treats people.

They came out to measure for a window quote in early April. I called twice to follow up and as of July I've heard nothing and have no quote.
