The Harbor Park Parcel C Condo Association in Kenosha chose Josh Martin to replace its T-11 townhouse roof along the 300 block of 54th Street in July 2022. What a great company. The proposal was highly competitive. With a large and energetic crew, the entire tear off and replacement took five working days. Josh communicates well, and the project went off perfectly. They have all the heavy equipment needed to perform large commercial or apartment/condo roofing jobs. The new roof looks fantastic, and his crew did a spectacular job of cleaning up all the roofing nails from the parking lot and cleaning up all the debris from the porches and decks. Josh Martin and his crue that could not speak any English ripped this house apart during the tare off they destroyed soffit and fasha left big holes we found peaces of soffit in the yard there is still holes big enough for animal's and lots of water in basement because now there is NO gutters they ripped them off to they sent different people out to look. and they tried fixing it knowing it is a very bad job Just bad work
