Working with Dave was a pleasure. He offered great advice from the very beginning and gave excellent recommendations. They replaced my roof, skylights, gutters, replaced some rotten plywood and re-sealed my chimney -- all for a very reasonable price. Dave even offered to stop by in the spring to ensure everything was looking good. Racine Roofing is top notch! Dave sets the bar for customer service as he almost always answers the phone, and if he missed my call he calls me back within minutes. I was very impressed by how easy it was to talk to him and his candor and straight forward advice. He never once tried to up sell me on anything. He tore off the old roof, was able to reuse the existing gutters, replaced the attic vents and fixed some rotting wood. I felt confident that we made the right choice for our roof replacement. He was also recommended by another contractor that no longer does roofs.As the date approached for the job I realized rain was forecast for several days. I had heard horror stories about roofs going up in wet weather, but Dave was already planning to delay the start to make sure he had sunny weather. It was obvious he wanted the roof to go up under the best conditions, instead of rushing it and risk exposing our attic to rain. Again I was very impressed by his approach. We now have a great looking new roof, the work site was cleaned up well, and there were no negative aspects at all. We couldn't be happier with Racine Roofing and Remodeling and Dave. We worked with Racine Roofing from start to finish for our new roof. Dave Martin, the owner, was very professional and patient. We had a lot of questions and wanted to make sure the job was exactly what WE wanted. Dave helped us with different colors and manufacturers of shingles. He gave us options for the "extras"; vent fans, power vents, etc. He worked hard to make us happy! He spent hours with us to ensure we were comfortable with the entire process and he worked directly with our insurance company to make sure we got all we were entitled to. (hail damage) He and his crew spent 4 days at our house (big roof) and did all the extra care to make sure none of our flowers, bushes, trees, windows, etc. were damaged. The extra time they put into the prep was so appreciated. The crew was very professional and worked so hard. The roof turned out beautiful. The clean-up was very good as well. We were very impressed and HIGHLY recommend Racine Roofing. Thank you for the great service and the excellent job!

After shopping around, my experience with Racine Roofing & Remodeling could not of gone smoother. We are very happy with Dave Martin (owner) and his team. Dave went the extra mile from the moment I called. I had received estimates from a few roofing companies in the area and Dave was far more informative and had the best rate. It was a big investment for my Mother, we wanted the best quality work and best price along with warranty. I could not have been more happy with Dave and his team at Racine Roofing and Remodeling. Dave came out when I noticed water coming into my living room in the middle of winter and did the best he could to stop the leak...and didn't charge me for the work! He told me it could fail because the caulk might not hold. 4 months later, it did finally fail and Dave gave me a GREAT price for a new roof and got my job prioritized. He promised the job done in two days and it was done. He threw in upgrades to the roof to make sure it was a job done right. Dave was great in his communications and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

Excellent service from Dave and his employees. When I called for an estimate Dave responded promptly when other companies took days or never responded. Dave's estimate was equal or less than competitors as well. New roof and gutter install was completed within the time frame originally quoted. With the exception of the replacement of some rotted wood Dave stuck to his original quote also. I'm very pleased with the work that was done, roof and gutters look awesome. A great improvement to the house. I will recommend Racine Roofing & Remodeling to anyone in need of their services. Thanks to Dave and his crew, great job

We were glad we chose Dave and his crew for our rubber membrane roofing project. They're experienced with this material and all the guys really worked well together. Some of the hidden issues that came up were handled quickly and the entire job looked great. They did what we expected and more! Price was very fair and communication was great. Overall very satisfied with the finished work and cleanup.

Dave Martin, his crew manager Joe and the other workers did a professional job in a two shingle tear-off. The new asphalt shingles look great. They replaced a fan roof that wasn't working properly. Great quality, done as scheduled and completed totally in 2 days even though I needed some additional roof repairs. Appreciated the fact he pointed out couple bad areas that roof decking needed to be replaced. The additional cost was very fair. House and bushes etc.. were well protected and cleanup was excellent and done at the end of each day, not just when the job was completed. Pricing was very favorable compared to other estimates I received. A very happy customer.

During a severe rainstorm, I noticed a leak indoors. I called the next morning and Dave, although quite busy, came to my home the same day. He diagnosed and fixed the problem within about 15-20 minutes, and his fee was much less than I might have expected. Thank you!! Racine roofing and Remodeling went above and beyond the call to help me out. I am working on a refi of my home and chased around the company that did the roof inspection because there were a couple of small things that had to be done on the roof. After no replies and 9 days , my closing date was creeping up and I called Dave. He saved me by doing the work quickly with the photos and work order I needed to give the bank. He also saved me the money it would have cost if I had to move my closing date. Good work. Good guy. Thanks again!!

Being a first time home owner I was nervous about having a new roof put on my house it was the biggest project I've had to do to my home so far. But Dave and his crew came out and took the old roof off, put the new one on and I couldn't be more pleased at how the project went. They were extremely professional and even took extra care to protect all the flowers my wife planted for the summer. And the new roof looks fantastic. If i ever move and need a new roof Racine Roofing and Remolding would be the only company I would have do it. I highly recommend them.

We had a complicated job (100 year old house) but they did an amazing job. Super responsive, came out and gave us an estimate, did a very thorough job explaining everything. None of the lowball prices that end up growing by the end you get with some contractors. Rain was coming so they worked the weekend to get it done, house looks amazing, we get lots of compliments on how it looks. These guys were the best!

I would hire these guys again. Very hard workers! And the clean up was quick and great! The dumpster was gone as soon as the roof was complete. My flowers were all protected and the owner really care about his workers and the job. The price was GREAT also! Hire them if you need a new roof.

If I could give a hundred stars I definitely would.The time of the estimate to completion - every single worker was prompt with their arrival, are very polite, answered all of our questions thru the process of installing our new roof.Their cleanup is the best I have ever seen. This team is very experienced, they all work as a team and i would recommend them If you are looking for having a new roof, fascia, soffits, gutters and everything by this company. I called several roofers and recieved several quotes. I accepted a quote from another local roofing company but felt a lack of professionalism and decided not to sign their contract due to the inclusion of hidden fees. I reached out to David Martin who came when he said he would. I recieved a full explanation of everything he planned on doing and gave me a quote instantly....which happened to be thousands less than any of the other quotes I recieved. He along with his crew were there within days of signing the contract and completed the roof in one day. Everyone working with David were very friendly and I would definitely call them again for future needs.

ALERT:We hired Racine Roofing & Remodeling (Owner David J. Martin) to do a complete tear down and replacement of both our roof and gutters on both our house and garage. Cost was $14,300. This was supposed to be a 4 day job however it took 2 weeks. After the job was complete both the roof and gutters are worse off than when they started. To repair what they've done is going to cost us $17,000. List of Issues: - They damaged the aluminum siding on our house as well as one of the screens on our windows - They damaged the siding on our neighbors house - We have 5 holes in our roof (light shows thru roof into attic and holes are as big as a fist) - Gutters not pitched properly and holds water - Gutters leak - Roof to wall flashing, felt and shingles not properly installed - Multiple holes in new shingles - Fascia not properly installed

"This roofing company was one of 4 roofing contractors we got bids from. They were not the cheapest and not the most expensive, but they were the most responsive and explained all of the work that had to be done in detail. The estimator and salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions in detail. He also coordinated with our solar company the removal of our solar panels. The work was started on a Friday morning, 12 men showed up at 7am with 2 foreman by the end of the day the roof was complete and the yard cleaned up! If your looking to have your roof replaced my wife and I highly recommend this roofing company! Thank you for a job well done!"
