Fantastic work all around. Chris and his crew did a spectacular job with my deck. As one crew member put it, " we treat every project as if we were doing the work on our home," and it shows. They went above and beyond through the entire project. It was supposed to be a deck restoration job, but looking at it now, finished, it seems like a brand new deck. I was about to put the project on hold due to unexpected financial issues, and I'm glad that I didn't. Chris arranged ways I could help out to keep the cost down. I ended up sanding and was taught by Jeff how to properly do the job and use the sander that they had. In the end, I got a new deck at a great value and an education for free. Thanks, Chris and crew for doing all that you did for my family and me.

Chris and his crew did an outstanding job on replacing a new roof on our home due to wind damage.The crew showed up and worked very well together. They were organized to complete the job on a short schedule because of our family coming in town . They returned to review and made all necessary changes I requested in a timely manner.(replaced siding that was leaking) I highly recommend them to anyone who needs new roof and siding. GREAT JOB TCM Renovations!

We had Chris come out to repair a leak in our roof. He recommended a new boot,tuckpointing the chimney and adding new flashing. Well a month ago the roof was and is still leaking in the same spot. Wondering if all the extra work was necessary because it still leaks and it's worse. Had 2 other roofers come look at it and they both said the flashing wasn't replaced or done right and the shingles and nail holes weren't sealed correctly around the boot or chimney. Their work is NOT guaranteed. I've attempted to call and text numerous times regarding this issue and Chris refuses to respond. I would not recommend simply because I was overcharged for shoddy work and my problem wasn't assessed correctly or taken care of.

Chris and his crew built our deck in 2019 and it turned out beautiful. They were always on time, very responsive throughout the process and very caring, while I went through the hardest loss one can imagine at the same time they were working on the deck.
