Ultimate Home Concepts comes through for me again! I have been working with Joe Grieger & Jay since 2001 on projects for my 84 year old home in Racine. The latest project was new granite kitchen counter tops, sink & faucet, & they look fantastic! Joe helped me work with a company called 45 Stone, LLC & Ken & son Blake came to install the new countertops & sink - they carefully removed the old countertops & installed the new ones & a new under-mount sink in 3 hours & they are beautiful. They explained how to care for them, as this is the first time I have had granite countertops.2 days later after the countertop installation, the plumbers Joe works with, Al & Tony came to put in the faucet & new garbage disposal. Al & Tony were great to work with also. There was a slight glitch when the garbage disposal didn’t work after installation, so Joe called his master electrician Gary Sondergaard & he came over within a half hour & fixed the issue, it was a loose breaker - nothing major.Long story short, please consider Ultimate Home Concepts in Racine for all of your home improvement needs, you won’t be sorry!Thank you! :>)

I would just like to thank Joe, Jay, Clay, and especially Mike, for the outstanding work they did residing my home, and installing a new front window! It looks like a new house now! Mike went way above and beyond overcoming many obstacles to provide an A-1 siding job!!!! they're costs were right in line with what I was expecting, and there were no surprises!They were very pleasant to work with, and ALWAYS on time! Follow up customer service is bad. They installed new windows, after a time one wouldn't stay open. I called them, Joe came out and looked at the window. He needed to order a part for the window. I called them several times to see if he had received the part. No reply...

Joe and Jay were easy to work with, responded quickly to questions. The crew did a good job, professional from beginning to end. I will use them again.I had 2 glass block basement windows installed.
