They suck they never answer there & the day I finally got a hold of them we make an appointment but they never showed up. They need to close there business. So unprofessional

The lack of dependability and communication from the business owner Dennis is quite disappointing. As a person, he is very nice. From a business perspective, there is no dependability or communication from his end. You have to constantly chase him down and he doesn’t show up when he says he will. We made our initial appointment for a quote with him March 6, 2021. We expected measurements to be taken and quote given since that was the point of the appointment. But he came to look at the windows and said he would get the quote to us within the next week. Didn’t hear anything from him so I called to find out what the situation is with our quote on March 11, 2021. He called me back later in the evening to tell me he would bring it out to us the following day, Friday, but if he didn’t make it he would definitely drop it off no later than the weekend. The weekend came and went with no show by Dennis. Called him on Monday 15th. He said he would bring it out that evening or Tuesday the latest. Again no show Monday or Tuesday. Called him again on Tuesday. He said he would be there Wednesday the 17th to give us quote and measure windows. He actually showed up on Wednesday! While giving his demonstration of his window on Wednesday the 17th and going over the quote we informed him that we would be willing to go with him but we were concerned about his lack of communication and dependability so we made it clear we would need him to be more dependable if we were going to make the deal. After all, he wanted us to give him a check for a down payment for over half of the price before any work is completed. He said that would be no problem. We thought he would complete the measurements before leaving to get the windows ordered. But he did not. He said he wanted to go get a corned beef since it was St. Patrick’s day and he would return on Friday the 19th to measure. He never showed up, and we have never heard anything from him since. This review is being written June 2, 2021. Almost 3 months after initial contact with windows windows. After his last no call no show we moved on to another company the following Monday. Which he obviously couldn’t know whether we moved on or not and still no communication from him since March 17th. We gave him more than ample opportunity and we will not chase down a contractor to perform the job. The first no call no show was a red flag. But he is old, and a nice person so we wanted to give him an opportunity. After experiencing this with him we talked to other people who have had their windows done by him and they all say it was very frustrating doing business with windows windows due to the lack of communication and dependability. They all said they would have to chase Dennis down to get any type of communication from him. They also said when he performed the job he did a great job, but the process was frustrating.
