ZP Construction and Zach and his entire crew were awesome. We have a large, complicated roof with 5 hips and the big crew got it done in just over 2 days. They planned well as rain was forecast for a day and they did it by sections that could be finished in less than a few hours. Care for the yard and cleanup was awesome. Zach knows his way around insurance claims as well as we had hail damage. We highly recommend him and his company!

I'm a first-time homeowner, and I've loved upgrading my starter house since moving in. ZP Construction took my ideas for a small kitchen remodel and made them a reality. Adding cabinets, a dishwasher, and an over-the-range microwave (among other things) - this crew can do it all. Also did my gutters, soffit, and fascia on the exterior of my home. Projects were completed on time and on budget, and communication was always clear and easy. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get work done on their home!

Zach and his crew did an excellent job replacing the roof of my garage. He was timely on all aspects and kept me well-informed throughout the process. His estimate was very competitive and he adhered to his original quote despite the need to replace about six roof boards unexpectedly. The garage looks vastly better. Zach and his team did a phenomenal job turning a 1700 square foot of an unfinished basement into an amazing bedroom, workout room, theater, kitchenette and bathroom. Start to finish his attention to detail was on point. He was easily reachable at every stage in the build and we appreciated the open lines of communication. His problem solving, flexibility and suggestions made this whole process so much easier. We worked with ZP Construction to plan and remodel our entire basement - bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, and recreation space. I can't say enough about Zach's integrity and dedication to the work on our home. He is personable, responsive, and really listens to the customer when it comes to finishing carpentry work. The entire team that was a part of our renovation was great to work with from plumbers to electricians to drywallers and finishing carpentry - we are so glad that we found ZP Construction. My name is Casey and I run a professional BMX Stunt team called Division BMX out of West Bend, WI. We reached out to ZP Construction back in spring to see if he would be interested in help sponsoring a local event in the Racine, WI area, and he was all about it. Not only did ZP fund 75% of the total cost of the event, he also had custom shirts made for all my professional athletes, which wasn’t part of what we even asked him to help with. Since this last spring, ZP has sponsored every event we have done in the local area through the summer which was four. Never questioning the cost of the event. All he wanted to know was how much do you guys need, and what can I do to help. We are super grateful for all they have contributed. So not only is ZP a amazing construction company that can handle all your needs to getting your house looking like your dream home, but he has been a huge supporter and giving back to his community which is awesome, because you don’t see that very often in up and coming business. Got my fence done by them awhile ago but never got around to giving them a review. Zak went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right despite me suggesting to cut a few corners here and there. Really shows that he cares a lot about the quality of service. He really takes pride in giving every customer their moneys worth. Cannot say enough great things about his company! That being said, the fence is still in phenomenal condition. Perfectly straight and level. Def recommend!!

Our experience with ZP was amazing from beginning to end. We had them come in for an estimate. They were willing to work with us on our needs and tastes. The estimate was fair. Once we got our financials organized, the whole project was seamless. We had several workers from the company in our home. They were all very kind and courteous to myself and my family. Their communication of the progress throughout this experience was top notch. We will absolutely be hiring ZP again for future projects.

Zach and his team are amazing to work with! Heard about ZP Construction from my neighbor, since then Zach and his team have been a Godsend! My recently purchased flipped home got hit with major repairs due to the previous work of the flippers. Structural modifications, plumbing redo, and major rebuild - all within budget and competed on time. Zach was an invaluable resource in guiding and negotiating with the insurance company and working with the city when I applied for a city grant program. As more issues with the house became apparent, Zach was flexible to incorporate what was needed and still finishing on time! ZP Construction is a busy business, yet Zach treated my work as though the only one. And what an outstanding crew!!! Zach is amazingly skilled at pulling together a crew of well-trained, courteous workers, always a pleasure to have his team in my home. Attached is a photo of the still-beautiful-floor after structural changes, drywalling and priming of this room! Zach is one of the most conscientious persons I have ever met. This review is pertaining to the work done on my mother’s house. My mother’s roof encountered wind damage and as a result, she needed to find a contractor. Not knowing where to turn, a family member recommended ZP Construction. Shortly after leaving a message with their office, Zach himself contacted my mom and scheduled a time to come out and look at the damaged roof. He was very knowledgeable and explained things in a way that we could understand. Zach and his team came out and did a complete tear off and laid new shingles on both the house and garage. They were very efficient and helpful during the whole process. If we could, we would leave more than a 5 star review. My mom will be contacting them with any future projects.

Zack was very prompt and professional when he installed an attic exhaust fan for us. He was very knowledgeable about the state of our roof and gave great recommendations. And also complete a full inspection of our roof. The fan works great! We are more than happy with his work and the clean up afterwards! I would highly recommend ZP Construction! ZP Construction did a wonderful job on the full-roof replacement of our house and detached garage, as well as the installation of new gutters on the house. We have a very challenging roofline but Zach and his hard working crew did a great job! Zach worked hard to stay on budget and on time. They did a thorough job of cleaning up and hauling away. Quick turn around time to get the quote, they were able to start around the weeks we requested and were very knowledgeable and experienced with all materials and tools. We had a mishap with the tile (not ZP's mishap whatsoever), they put our mind at ease and reworked the affected area without any fuss! They definitely took their time all while getting it done within a timely manner. During this time my house was hectic with three dogs and a child, they worked through it very professionally - answering all my toddler's questions with patience. Zac & Team are trustworthy, hardworking and professional. I work from home and on a nice spring WI day I noticed my neighbors were getting a new roof. Because I’m from the South and nosey like that I listened to the conversations Zac was having with his team. He was teaching them! After the neighbors roof was completed I told my partner we should call him. Turns out Zac is also an amazing negotiator with Insurance companies.
