We have had many services with PHE on our home. The furnace and AC were replaced on a schedule, the water heater was replaced the same day I called and said it died, and the septic system was corrected with the proper equipment quickly to actually pump the septic items. PHE has great service, great employees, and quality products. Used this service twice, horrible. Between being charged extra fees with no warning, to breaking things and blaming you!PHE sent to a competitor, who told me many issues they hear about them and offered to serve our area instead.

We did a major remodeling project and tint only did they follow the plan but made recommendations along the way for a better job. Steve is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what he will do. Very happy with the overall quality of work I received. They setup an appointment and actually showed up to put together an estimate for my house instead of trying to tell me cost over the phone. Found some gas line issues with my furnace while they were working on the gas water heater. Repaired everything and still stayed under the estimate total. Would recommend for anyone locally that needs plumbing repairs.

I redid a old farmhouse near Columbus Wisconsin.The house was built in 1908. I tore off a kitchen addition and added a new kitchen, a mud/laundry room and a 2 1/2 car garage.
