Highly disappointed working with this company. It has been 18 months since they first came to our home and talked about the renovations we wanted to make. We were given a timeline of having our projects finished in Winter 2022/Spring 2023 but absolutely NOTHING has been done. The communication has been horrendous with several attempts at making contact going unanswered. In essence, we were completely ghosted with no explanation. They are unreliable, unprofessional and I am extremely disappointed with our time being wasted.

Called Schoeneck in Marh of 2022 to come an quote several projects for my home. The person showed up a few months (july 2022) later as scheduled and told me that they were not taking new projects in 2022 and anything would be done in 2023. I had no issue with that. The person went through the list of projects I needed done and then he would get back to me in a few weeks with a quote.Called Schoeneck in September 2022 to see if there was any information on the quote. I was told that the person was very busy and he would get back to me when he could.Calle Schoeneck in April of 2023 to see if I could talk to the person who came out to quote. I was told he was not in and would call me back. I asked the person who answered the phone that if Schoeneck could not handle my projects at least to have the courtesy to call and tell me.As of today nothing from them. It's apparent this is a company with no common courtesy or decency towards potential customers. Obviously they are so busy they do not need to treat people with respect. I had wanted to do with Schoeneck as I had received a referral from a relative who had used them. Guess it's a good thing they ignored me as I can't imagine their work would be any good if they treat potential customers this way.

During the last two years we have used Schoeneck's services four times. We were pointed to them by friends and this was great advice. From our first call and contact, everyone was friendly, professional, wanted to understand our situation and needs and provided the right expertise to address our problems. They have been extremely responsive to our requests and delivered solutions we needed. I believe they are fairly priced and are genuinely great people to work with. I/we truly appreciate their knowledge and service and recommend them to anyone ...and already have.

Have total confidence in this business. Have worked on my 113 year old house, as projects arise, over a period of 30 years. I get explanations as to what, why & how things are being done, from each & every worker.They respect me, & I them.
