The people from Renew Roofing are fantastic! Very professional and helpful and more importantly, NICE! I am working with them now to repair the hail damage to my roof and am grateful for their help. They came out to do the estimate right away and then provided an itemized statement of work. Everything l needed to know about shingles, the insurance process and the repairs was explained thoroughly and in a way I could understand! At no point in the process did I feel like I was getting scammed and I’m calling this out because Renew Roofing saved me, from a company that shall remain nameless, that I definitely felt was trying to take advantage. Looking forward to seeing my new roof!

Our experience was very unsatisfactory for the following issues:Renew Roofing took the ACV insurance check (per the contract)back in November 2019 to complete storm damage repair per the insurance estimate. They cashed the check then app 6 months later informed us they were only doing part of the repairs and didn't return any money for work not performed so we could hire another contractor.Poor communication.Work the should have took no more then 2 weeks was dragged out over a year.Porch rebuild was not the greatest and not repaired per the insurance est. Roof rafters was to be replaced one was not the other was spliced in, along with other issues.Funny is how they try to spin it and blame the customer, they took the insurance check to complete all repairs, why would we have given all the insurance money only do some of the work they had several copies of the insurance repair estimate of what was to be done.We will never use this company again and won't be recommending them.Responding to some of your comments:"We are a roofing company" Funny the sign says construction.No worries, we will be completing the rest of the repairs and fixing some of yours.As for the check 3336 that was the money I had to go around with you about to get back it was for all the trees that were on structures. That was also included in the ACV first insurance check.Lastly on your porch comment of course it was better it was destroyed by trees and winds from the tornado. You're welcome we took that and the shed down for safety reasons being it took so long for repairs. If I remember correctly when you got the check we were going to be first on the list in the spring another false.

ReNew did a great job of our roof replacement after May hail storms brought golf balls our way. They were professional, and very flexible in accommodating some last minute changes we threw their way. Savanah was always very responsive. I'd recommend highly!

Had a new roof put on house and garage. Crew was dirty, lazy, and took over a month and a half to complete, which we were told 2-3 days. Went to clean our gutters, found flashing covering gutters and exposed wood. Last time there was any communication was 2 months ago, when they said they would get back to us about repairs. Never returns calls, will NOT recommend!UPDATE: 2 years. It took 2 years to get this resolved. 3 more crews and lots of “oh, we didn’t know that was an issue.” Or “it’s good enough.” It looks wonderful now that it’s fixed, but damn, 2 years?!?!

We were pleased with the end result. There were only two issues. First we weren't contacted about the start date. The supervisor arrived and told us our roof was being done the next day. The biggest problem was all the nails and staples left around our house. We spent at least a couple of hours with a magnet so the sharp objects wouldn't puncture vehicle tires.

We had a business from Ladysmith that was recommended to us for a new roof and was told it was a good company for a new roof but what we went through with them we ended up with water damage and incomplete roof repair and they never returned to complete it . . We were recommended James from ReNew Roofing to come do the new roof . We called and he was out in a matter of days . His guys were there and removed the roof we just put on from the other company and the new roof was put on and complete including clean up in 3 days .What a relief to know our new roof was completed . I highly recommend this business. We had 2 homes and a boathouse that needed new roofs. During the estimate process it was reviled that there was hail damage on one of the roofs. Ali was our sales person. She was very honest and upfront. She wasn't trying just to sign you and take your money. Ali makes her self avaliable almost all the time and responds asap and promptly. NEVER did we have to ask something twice and she always fully explained everything. Best of all if she doesn't know something she tells you that, but finds the answer. We wernt here when roof was done, but it looks gorgeous. A few nails and staples were left in driveway, but that's to be expected with roof work and they did clean up well. Just always check after. They also scheduled my quote within 4 days of me calling. Being that thousands of houses were hit by hail they were fast and good.
