Great craftsmanship and an excellent value. After removing the siding Greg pointed out issues that were caused by the previous installation and gave options to fix it. He took care of it all with very minimal extra charges. I always appreciate contractors pointing things out to prevent future damage.I highly recommend AKM Contractors!

AKM Contractors does high quality work and provide information on all materials used and the process of installation they are the real roofers 30yrs of quality work and not the highest in price. You get what you pay for with AKM Contractors. The Boss was the one shingling my roof not sure his age because he is in good shape but he did mention he is a grandfather. I felt comfortable knowing he was the one up there doing the work because I knew I could trust the quality.

Greg and his crew replaced the roof on my home using OC Duration Storm shingles. They did an excellent job and the price was a bargain. They went so far as to loosen the gutters and tuck the ice and water between the gutter and the facia. That is excellent and honestly I've never seen it done and I've been in the trades for forty years. They even finished on a Saturday to beat the weather. Using category 4 impact resistant shingles will save me $131 a year off my home insurance. Wow!
