It started with an inspection of the property. Gary came and examined the home for what had to be done. He asked me what needed to be done and what was most important. He then gave us an estimate, we accepted and work progressed. They started with sweeping down the exterior. That included the cement surfaces, both the bottom and top of the deck as well as the house. The washing began with the cement. It was stained and ShipShape got all the stains off. Then they proceeded to clean the house, removing all hornet nests, and working from a ladder to reach the highest points. They finished with the upper deck and all the windows. Work was done to our satisfaction. We were really pleased with the removal of all hornet nests and how clean everything looked at completion. They worked hard and completed everything they said they would do. A great experience.

Gary & Rita do excellent work . Over the past five years they have power washed my house & decks annually, cleaned my gutters and down spouts in Fall & Spring and most recently sprayed my roof for moss control & refinished my front & back decks. Every time of service they have always completed what the said they would on time & for reasonable prices. I feel fortunate to have found them & have never been disappointed. I highly recommend this company.

The husband and wife team of this company are outstanding. We have used them a number of times over the years and have always been very satisfied. They show up when they promise and don't leave until the job is done to their high standards. This year they arrived at 9:00 am and left at 9:00 pm. Normally we just have them power wash our wrap-around porch decking, railings, and patios. However this year they also used their "Peerless Water System" to wash our 164 window panes, which did an amazing job! Their detailed cleaning is amazing and I highly recommend them.

Shipshape are a quality outfit who pride themselves on the work they do. Gary and his wife worked extremely hard on our 3 storey condominium building brushing and washing the exterior vinyl siding. The result was outstanding. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I was beyond thrilled with the service provided by ship shape power washing. My deck has very limited access to the sun, and after it was power washed it has never looked better. In addition, although I didn’t request it, the concrete walkway was also cleaned up with stellar results. The owner was very responsive, and provided detailed information about the service.
