I couldn't be happier with the service and results! The night of the last storm, I called Overhead Solutions and was able to talk to someone late at night who was able to get me in touch with Nick and Brandon. Their response was lightning fast and I received a quote the very next day! Their patience and communication with me was incredible! The crew came out and repaired my roof less than 48 hours after the storm, and in time to put me at ease with another storm approaching just three days after the first one! The crew was extremely personable and efficient. They also did a great job with the clean up. Nick texted me when the job was done and shared pictures of the results! I am so grateful for their timely response and fantastic work!

Fantastic experience with Dave Frelich’s roofing crew and the company team. Roofers were obviously experienced, efficient, and very focused on the timely completion of our roofing job even amidst a light rainfall. Grounds were left spotless. Everything in our quote was precisely what was done. The Overhead Solutions team (Sales, Admin, and Project Manager) communicated exceptionally well. We are extremely happy we decided to go with Overhead Solutions for our new roof. Everything went smooth from the initial sale with Shawn, updates from Alyssa regarding materials ordered and scheduling process, to Chris the project manager who oversaw the work. Chris did a great job communicating what to expect the day before and made a point to check in with us throughout the day of install. He even took the time to help clean up afterwards! The crew worked really hard and we are very pleased with the end result. We will definitely be recommending others your way in the future.

I called Pete Ermis on Monday after I noticed storm damage to my siding, and he provided and immediate call back to set up an estimate of repair the very next day! He was in the opposite direction of my home, and he made sure he stopped upon his return to Green Bay to take photos and assess the damage. He provided and estimate of repair and was more than happy to get a contract going to schedule the repairs asap. Fast and friendly… and reasonably priced! We are very happy with the job Overhead Solutions did when putting new siding on our house. Brandon did an outstanding job making sure the team had everything they needed to finish quickly and efficiently. He consistently checked in with us to make sure we were being heard and were kept in the loop. When removing the old siding the workers uncovered an area rotting from leaky flashing near the chimney. They immediately alerted us and moved forward to repair the bad area before proceeding. The crew was courteous and kind. The quality of their work is excellent. Brandon finished up all loose ends very quickly to complete the job. We are extremely happy and are really enjoying the fresh, updated color and look of our home.

I recently had my roof replaced by Overhead Solutions and I am thoroughly impressed. From start to finish, they were professional and complete. I am a detail person and I was impressed with the detail they provided in the estimate, what to expect, during and the follow up after the project. The office staff were very helpful and always available. The estimator and project manager were also available and helpful. Most impressed with the workers who completed the replacement. They are very hard workers and pay attention to every detail. I did not find one stray nail in my lawn since the project! The company even sent over someone to complete a final inspection and he was also great at answering any questions that I had. I was not looking forward to having my roof replaced, but Overhead Solutions made it much easier. Thank you for a great experience!!

Had a great experience with Overhead Solutions! I called for a quote and they were able to get out to my house the day of and get me a reasonable quote. Within a week they had the job completed. Recently had the roof replaced on our house by Overhead Solutions. Right from the start things were positive. First off Tim who came out and gave the bid was very professional and knowledgeable. The price was very competitive,that's why I went with them. I was told on the day our job was to be done that they would be here between 6:30am and 7am. There were right on time. They got right at. The project manager Dave Frolich introduced himself and gave me a little insight as to what to expect. Dave was constantly visible and involved with the project. The crew did a great job and was very thorough in the clean up after the roofing was complete. Very professional from start to finish. Started with an excellent experience with my sales rep. He was straight forward, gave multiple alternatives for our issues, and was not high pressure at all. When the work crew got here the foreman introduced himself and gave me a run down on what they had planned for the day. The crew was efficient, quick, and neat. They did my entire roof from tear off to installation, including replacement of a skylight, in one day. Excellent service and well priced.

Everyone at this company is great to work with!!! Our house/roof is quite large. Steep with lots of angles! The crew started at 7 am and was finished by dark. They never left the site. They worked soooo hard! The before pictures they provided us were eye opening! The are very professional, friendly, arrived exactly when they said they would. I was very impressed with Overhead Solutions and had nothing but a positive experience throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof. Brandon, the General Manager, did a great job of making sure I understood everything throughout the quoting and sales process. I had lots of questions, and I felt very comfortable about moving forward with the project after talking to him about everything. The pricing was very competitive with the other bids that I requested from other companies. It was a bit late in the year to get a roof put on, so I ended up having some smaller repairs done to get me through the winter. When the time came to get the new roof installed, James, the Project Manager, did an excellent job of making sure I was well informed of what was going on during the time that his team was at my house. The team installing the roof did a great job, and I am very happy with the quality of work. They were also very thorough when it came to making sure that stuff was cleaned up properly before they left. Multiple times throughout the project, I saw them running magnets around the house, looking for stray nails, and it was much appreciated. A few days after the project, Steven, the Quality Control Manager, reached out to me and came on-site to do an inspection of the work performed. He made sure that I knew how to reach him if there were any concerns down the road. It has been a long time since I was this impressed with the service provided by a company, and I hope that all future customers have the same experience.

Our roof replacement went very well. Tim, our sales person got us our estimates in a very timely manner and showed us shingle samples. Once we decided on the type of shingle, we waited for the weather to warm up (and the snow to melt) so we could schedule the project. The project manager, Steve arrived along with 7 roofers right on schedule at 6:30 am and 8 hours later we had a new roof on both the cottage and garage. These guys know their business and did a great job installing the roof and did a good job cleaning up also. I would recommend Overhead Solutions to anyone looking for a professional roofing job.

James and his crew had quite the task at hand with my roof. Very steep pitch, four layers of shingles, plus original decking, two rubber roofs and a whole of bonus surprises.James stayed in constant communication with me the entire three days they were on site. The crew started promptly in the morning and worked long into the evening. When I asked what time they wrapped up for the day, James made sure the crew was gone at a reasonable hour so it didn’t disrupt bedtime for our 12 month old.By the second day, after the new boards were installed and weatherproofed, I made a comment to my husband that there was a noticeable difference in temperature on our second floor. There was no more extreme temperature change. Our house finally feels insulated and less drafty.Highly recommend Overhead for their quality service and reasonable pricing.Service: Roof installation

I was very pleased with Overhead Solutions from start to finish including my sales rep, Tim, communication with company and installation of my new garage roof.With the installation, my project manager Dave, and his crew Cirilo, took off all of the old shingles, repaired damaged roofing and then installed both new shingles and step flashing seamlessly and efficiently.
