Jen is an absolute pleasure to work with. We had her team finish stairs and a walkway connecting our home to a floating deck/patio. They did an incredible job. Jen is extremely professional, communicative, and very responsive. She is also very helpful in explaining the process and letting you know exactly what to expect. She provides options to help you consider your various alternatives, especially those that will allow you to stay within your budget. She did the work last summer, when getting the materials to do anything related to building was a nightmare, and somehow was able to get the work done so quickly that we could still enjoy the outdoor space before the season was over. I hired Jen and her team to do a remodel of our bathroom. They came in to convert our bath to a walk in shower. Jen and her team were an absolute delight to work with. She patiently guided us through all of our questions and concerns about a big remodel like this. We worked together to create a design for the vision I had in my head. I was impressed with her thoroughness and professionalism. The remodel turned out beautifully and was completed timely and within budget!! I had priced the remodel out with other companies as well, and Jen came in lower than the rest. I went with Jen because it’s refreshing to work with a woman! She gave me a reasonable quote on siding and was able to pick an amazing color. I love my new home! She offered financing options as well. I also had my entry and storm door replaced and I love it. Everything is lined up right and her contractor was amazing. I definately will use them again.

Jen and her crew just completed our re-siding project. She was the last in a quartet of bidders. During our initial interview, my wife and I were impressed with a number of qualities. Jen has a pleasant, "soft sell style," she listens well, has a nice creative sense, and pays attention to detail. She thought she could do better price-wise that our first three bidders. She did! We saved approximately $4000.The installation crew, 6 guys from Honduras were impressive. Despite some marginal weather, the quality of their work was outstanding. They were well organized and hardworking. The rapport and comradely between and among them and us was superlative. Language, Spanish-English issues were present, but problem was minimal. Clean-up was great.Based on our experience, I would recommend Jen highly. In addition to siding, she also does roofs, windows, flooring, decks, fences, kitchens, bathrooms, interior doors & trim, drywall & painting and handyman services. We plan to use her to help us with our garage project.Ginger and I are very satisfied customers.

Jen's Home Improvement Pro's is a great way to take all of the leg work of finding the right contractor for your home improvement needs. Jen gets a good look at what work you need to have done and then she has a list of qualified professionals that are experts in painting, carpentry, and whatever types of expertise is needed. She brought a small army of contactors by my place mostly at the same time so they could walk around and provide quotes to her.I was having the entire inside of my place painted as well as some major reconstruction of damaged and destroyed drywall areas. In between the original quote and the start date of the job, I had an issue where the guest room downstairs flooded from a broken shower pipe upstairs and the closet was completely destroyed by ServPro because they needed to get to where the water damage was and fix/dry it. I immediately contacted Jen who promptly got contractors out their to re-quote the job to include the repair of the guest room closet.The contractor we went with for everything was Estrella Painting. They did a fantastic job with everything. The painting was very professional and the wall repair was amazing!!I would highly recommend Jen's Home Improvement for your home repair jobs. Big or small, she'll find the right person for your job. In addition to great professional services, she also provides great communication via your phone or text, meaning you don't have to actually call her up every time you talk to her. You can leave a text message and she gets back very promptly. You can also pay online and sign contracts online. Very convenient!

Jen came to the house for an estimate on installing a new bathroom. She told us she should have the estimate in a week if her plumber would get back to her. We'll it's been 6 weeks and still no estimate. Very disappointed.
