I wish I could give more than 5 stars, because Rodriguez Exteriors deserve more! We had new siding, gutters and new patio door installed and could not be any happier. He uses quality products and VERY competitive pricing. Orlando is very responsive and kept me updated from start to finish. Ernesto and his crew are highly skilled and motivated. Even on the days the temps never got above 20 degrees, they showed up at sunrise and worked till sun set, and cleaned up each day. Overall, a very pleasant experience. After contacting several contractors, I saw the Rodriquez Exterior post on FB. The estimate was within our budget and materials reviewed were high quality. We hired Rodriguez Exteriors to remove the current Tudor style siding on the front of our house and replace it with vinyl and stone veneer. The crew was prompt on the first day, worked 12 hours to remove the old siding. Working 12 hour days, they completed the project in 4 days and it looks great. Orlando and his crew were professional, hard workers and friendly. I am completely satisfied with the finished product, would hire them again and highly recommend Rodriquez Exteriors.

When you have a metal roof put on Orlando (Rodriguez Exteriors) is a really good fit that I would highly recommend. Orlando gave us a very competitive price, yet maintained high quality craftsmanship. He kept us informed about starting and ending dates. Great work and great people.We have a newer home (2 years old) and during this last wind storm part of our ridge vent shingles came off the roof. We called the roofing company that built our house…crickets. Not even so much as a call back to say they were busy. With rain coming up, and after 4 days of trying to reach the original contractor, we called Rodriguez Exteriors.Rodriguez Exteriors answered the phone with a real human. Orlando was responsive, honest, fair and was out the same day to give us a quote to repair our roof before the rain that was forecast.They did a physical inspection, took plenty of pictures and clearly explained what happened, likely reasons why it happened, and went through options for us as to what can be done.In the end, it was discovered that three factors caused the issue. The wrong ridge vent was used, the wrong nails were used (too short of nails were used for ridge cap usage), and lastly the nails were driven most of the way through the shingles at installation so when the shingles came up they broke through the shingles.Rodriguez Exteriors was very diligent about using the appropriate materials, oem recommended products and installing everything in a professional and proper manner. The work was exemplary and had it not been a holiday weekend, I would have had them replace the ridge vents on the rest of the house on the spot. We will be scheduling them back to do so.When the team was done with the replacement, everything was cleaned up. It looked amazing, and was done correctly. Thank you Orlando and team for getting us repaired and back to water-tight again.No one wants to call for roofing repairs, let alone on a 2 year old home. But the one good thing that came out of this was that we found Rodriguez Exteriors. A family run, honest, trustworthy and responsive contractor.We will highly recommend them any day!

Very impressed with the work done. Orlando had a crew show up on time and they worked non stop, removing the old roof including vents and flashing, then installed high quality Owens Corning Duration shingles with the latest anti ice damming underlayment, ridge vents, etc, all in about 11 hours for 1600 square feet of roof. Not a single piece of debris or nail in the yard after they cleaned up. The price was great, far better than others in the area. Called 8 roofing companies. 3 got back to me and bid the job. Rodriguez got back to me first. They were the lowest price of the 3 bids, but had good reviews so I was confident about hiring them. It sounded like they were booked a month out when we first talked, but they had an opening and got me in within about a week. Roof looks great. The final bill was exactly what they bid.
