Their truck backed into my car at an intersection causing minor damage to the front my vehicle. Not wanting to make a big deal out of it, I spoke with the owner Henry who said he would pay for any repairs. After blowing me off multiple times and promising to call me back on at least three separate occasions and never doing so, he now does not answer my calls. Again, the damage was very minor with the total for repairs coming to a very small amount. Henry could have easily and quickly taken care of this. Instead, he has chosen to ignore me and not take any responsibility for the actions of his business and staff. Given the lack of integrity and lack of responsibility I experienced from the business owner, I would definitely be wary about hiring them for something as important as roofing.
