I never thought that getting a new roof and patio door can truly be a pleasant, seamless experience until I started working with Tim and the Gardner crew!I especially appreciated that they triple checked to make sure that all of the nails and debris was cleaned up because they knew we have little kids that would be playing outside.Overall, the quality of the work was excellent, both for the roof and patio door. I would hands down recommend Tim and the Gardner company, they were fantastic to work with.

Can definitely and highly recommend this company. As we were replacing a 30+ year old roof without any insurance help, I met with several different companies. From start to finsih, Gardner (Hi Tim!) was great. At the time of estimate, we discussed what work was really needed vs all that could be done so we had the information we needed to make the right choice for our house and our budget. Execution - fantastic! The team that showed up was polite, clean, and efficient. On time and ready to go they made quick work of the tear off and new roof installation.Clean up - wow! The hubby did the walk around afterwards and was high in praise for the clean up. Then Tim (Hi Tim) came by next day to pick up unused material and do another clean up. Also - who knew brown flashing would look so much better on the roof? Amazing.Call them! You will not be sorry

We are very happy with the roofing project done for us by The Gardner Company in 2022. Tim collaborated with us in finding the correct shingles for our historic home. This was quite the back and forth process and Tim was engaged, helpful, and friendly throughout the project. The crew showed up on time and got the job done extremely quickly. The crew was efficient. The cleanup was effective and thorough. The end result looks really good and has functioned perfectly over the winter. Gardner did a great job! They were great with providing an accurate quote. Scheduling was easy and the work was done quickly. We live in a 120 year Victorian. The roof angle steep, we had an old chimney that was falling a part, a huge antenna from the 70's and the original wood shingles under the current tar shingles. It was not ideal. The job took about a day longer than expected but there were some unforeseen issues. It still only took them 3 days to complete the entire roof on the house, the garage roof, the porch roof and the gutters. They hauled away the chimney and the antenna and they did a great job making sure the property around the house was cleaned up.The new roof looks fantastic!I strongly recommend Gardner. The whole team was great!

These words cannot express our gratitude, our excitement and happiness with the way in which the Gardner Company completed our siding project. Tim was awesome to work with and the siding crew were not just construction workers but Craftsmen. The company was tasked with a very difficult job..a redo of another Company's poor quality work. Unfortunately, we at first hired the wrong contractor in October 2017, yes they started the work, destroyed our siding, attempted to repair the siding-four times, yet with each attempt to fix their damage they continued to cause more damage to our home. Damage to the point that the company was fired, and lawyers and insurance companies had to get involved. This left us with much suspicion and distrust in finding a contractor who could competently fix their poor workmanship, damage and mistakes.After several interviews with Tim, he picked up on our suspicion of contractors and went above and beyond to answer our questions, assisting us and easing our concerns. My husband and I would highly recommend the Garner Company and we will definitely utilize their Craftsmanship and Expertise on our next home improvement job. Our only regret is that we wasted a year and went though an emotional roller coaster because we did not use the Gardner Company to begin with!Before and after photos..we love our Red Siding by Gardner Company!

Tim, Aaron and the Gardner team did a great job with our roof. They are very good about communication, the work crew was clean, courteous and efficient, and we found very few remnant bits of debris hiding in all our landscaping afterwards. The whole project took about a day and a half. We asked for a small tweak to how the gutter helmet was installed in one location, and they’re sending someone back to take care of it.

Tim and his windows and siding crew did an amazing job on our little house. They were on-time, worked hard and long days but it never felt rushed. They have been great to work with and have made sure we're completely satisfied with the end product. Even did some custom gutter work to move our downspout off our back porch. We highly recommend The Gardner Company. Tim was very professional and helpful during the estimate process, and covered all of the details and costs. We have a steep roof with dormers, so it was a more complicated roof. The crew did an excellent job, and the roof looks spectacular. I had a new roof put on our old house last year by a different company. That roof looks OK, but just OK. The quality of the work done by The Gardner Company is top notch.

Met with Tim Accola Tim was knowledgeable, courteous, and really easy to talk to. He put me at ease immediately. Listen I had a price in mind and they came in just below that price. I am very pleased with the work done by the Gardner Company. They installed vinyl siding, gutters, facia & soffit & new attic windows on our farm house. Our house is huge with many additions over the years. They were able to roll with the challenges presented to them. Made last minute changes (initiated by us) to make our house look new. We have not one complaint! Crew was professional and courteous - and this was a four week project. Cost of the project was transparent and estimate was accurate. Bottom line is we have found a preferred provider to use in the future.

Haven’t we all have had the experience and worry that once a very responsive contractor gets a signed contract they sort of ghost? Well not with Tim. He is a gem who communicated throughout and was at our residence multiple times during a 2 day roof replacement. He even had the crew do a couple of “extras” with no additional cost because that’s just how he is. I can’t recommend Gardner, Tim, and the hardworking crew enough. If you need a roof or other work, look no further, call Gardner and ask for Tim!

Tim was awesome to work with. I picked the shingle color out in the Fall and the roof was scheduled to be replaced the following Spring. I found out the day the roof was to be replaced, that the shingles I ordered, had been discontinued. I was visibly upset, and Tim reached out to a number of his contacts to see if there was another shingle that was close to the color I originally wanted. One of the shingle options was more expensive than what I ordered, but Tim said they would absorb that cost. Unfortunately, after Tim stopped by with a sample of it, it wasn’t what I wanted. I ended up going with a different option they had in stock and the company gave me a very generous discount to compensate for what had happened. Due to COVID, I understand there has been multiple material shortage nationwide. I very much appreciated the outstanding customer service I received from Tim.The staff replacing the roof were very hard working. I have a number of neighbors who recently had The Gardner Company replace their roofs. At each home, I noticed that the team worked so well together and cleaned up the yard before they exited the premises. This is the main reason I went with this company. We just had our roof replaced by The Gardner Co and are completely satisfied with the results.Their roofers arrived on time and got right to work, finishing right on schedule. The new shingles were expertly installed, and they paid careful attention to flashing, vents, and trim, properly sealing all seams and exposed nail heads. Before starting, they laid down tarps all around the house. I was in my basement one day when I noticed water damage on the ceiling below our upstairs patio door. I called several companies for quotes and received estimates from $2200 - $6000+ for a new set of patio doors + damage reconstruction. The Gardner Company had the best prices and I was recommended to them through next door.Aaron worked with our insurance (and even met with our adjuster) to ensure that the water damage would be covered, then measured, remeasured, and even called to verify the measurements prior to placing the order. The door took a while to arrive (not the company's fault) and they kept in touch in the mean time.Once the door arrived they were able to get it in within a couple days. The work was excellent and the doors are beautiful. We have already noticed how much energy we're saving on heating.We are working with AJ restoration for the basement and within 2 weeks we will have fully repaired house again. We're appreciative of the Gardner's quality work and reasonable pricing. We will definitely use them for our roofing,gutter and window needs in the future.

Gardner Company installed a new roof and rain gutters last week. Tim was excellent at giving me a very thorough roof inspection before and after. He was extremely responsive to my questions. The whole crew did an excellent job and was right on time. Guarantee on workmanship was longer than the other proposals I obtained. Gardner is very proud of their work and of their employees. They did such a great job, that I baked cupcakes for the crew.

I called the company for a estimate. Tim got back to me right away and was out to look at the roof and give me an estimate the same day. The day the roof was done he was there to make sure we were happy with the progress. Came back the next day to check the work and to make sure we were satisfied.Our large roof with double layers of shingles was removed and reshingled on one of the hottest day of July. The crew of 10 were the hardest workers I have seen in a long time. After a long day on the roof there clean up was fantastic!I was very happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend The Gardner company to anyone looking to replace their roof.

The Gardner Company Representative, Tim Accola, was absolutely GREAT to do business with!I met Tim at my home on Monday, 5/24/2021. We talked about my house, and our yard. He complimented both, telling me he could tell we are interested in keeping things neat.I told him that The Gardner Company was actually the third roofing company we had contacted. I didn't want to "tip him off" about others' offers.Tim answered any and all questions that I asked of him. He is a "super-friendly" person who absolutely gave us the idea that The Gardner Company would be the right choice for us.Our home, built in 1996, needed not only a new roof, but also the replacement of three skylights. These can be pricey; we had gotten the idea from various credible sources, that THIS is where contractors can "stick you"! Not so with The Gardner Company. .We WOULD get to use the "$1500.00 Advantage Vendor Coupon", which, after application, brought our Roofing Proposal down substantially, compared to other estimates we had received.We would receive their "10-Year Certificate of Workmanship Warranty", did NOT have to make a "Down Payment" ahead of time and were told, that "even though our "Forty-Square sized" roof was large, it would most likely be completed in ONE ( 1 ) day!We DID accept their contract. Tim explained that, in Wisconsin, we are sometimes at the mercy of the weather. Our re-roofing was set up for a certain day, was postponed because of rainy conditions, but it did actually happen on July 1st, 2021! It WAS completed in one day! Talk about a hardworking crew! Everyone was very friendly, and moved right along; they knew exactly what they needed to do to pull off a job this big. My wife and I provided a cooler full of ice-cold bottled water and treated this great crew to over 8 gallons of lemonade to help quench their thirst. They really appreciated our gesture. (After all, they were giving us a quality new roof and three newly placed skylights...my wife and I could NOT do that).Tim showed up at my home, I believe , three times over the course of the day, to make sure that all was going well with the job and to assure me that, if I (the homeowner) needed any questions answered--to NOT hesitate to call him. On his last visit, we made plans to "settle the bill" the next day, IF we were satisfied with The Gardner Company's roofing work. YES, we surely were ! We would "Highly Recommend" The Gardner Company to anyone.It has been a month since the roof has been installed on the house.
