I received a quick call back for my non-emergency issue. Very professional. We set up a repair date and Todd came out. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained how my pipe burst and how to prevent it from happening in the future. Todd made the repair and checked another issue I was having. He was very professional and friendly. The sump pump was on its last leg and my basement would have flooded if Northern Mechanical hadn't sent someone one right away to replace it. Jeff was timely, professional, and went above and beyond with the installation and secured the piping to the basement wall which hadn't been done before. Northern Mechanical came through to install a mound/septic system for my new home construction in the Village of Raymond, Wisconsin. A previous plumber that was permitted a year prior failed to show or respond which resulted in a permit needing to be re-permitted 2 months prior to completion. Scott responded even though he was booked for the season. He worked me in and did an exceptional job with installation. A year later and system is working perfectly! Much appreciation!Highly recommend!

Scott and his team installed a tankless hot water heater for us. They were great to work with from start to finish. Their work was very professional and I have had no issues with the install (Unit installed August 2017. I am writing this review July 2019.) I was getting quotes from a few people for the past year on getting my entire house redone with all new plumbing and for some reason everyone had really bad pitches or ideas of their own on what should be done. I was referred to speak with Joe and he really helped me out with the planning on my entire house and also stopped by a few times to go over things to make sure everything was correct and what was going to make sense. Joe was easy to get ahold of and answer any questions along the way and the price was very reasonable to me. I had old galvanized pipes that were undersized and low pressure in my bathrooms. I went with a mix of Pex and copper and all my issues were gone. Jessie and Ryan stopped by all three days of the project and were on time and worked hard the whole day. They were both very professional and Jessie was there to answer any questions I had during the install. He made a few recommendations for my shower in the basement and it all work out above any of my expectations. They cleaned up any mess before they left and made sure that it all was working fine. These guys did an outstanding job and I can't speak highly enough for them and the company. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Plumber came out without any knowledge of Tankless System, had absolutely NO clue how to repair or even diagnose tankless error codes. Spent 30+ ,minutes reading the install manual and telling me that any diagnosis or disassembly was not included in the service call. Owner is great but his employee just wasted my time. Big fan of Northern Mechanical but last time I use or refer them. Very disappointed!Service: Water heater repair
