Job Well Done! I called over a dozen contractors specialized in cabinetry to modify or replace a cabinet to fit an over the range microwave and not one would take on the job because they either couldn’t do it or the project wasn’t big enough.Chad was super honest and up front about how his business works and the pricing for the project. His workers fit us into their schedule on top of their other full time commitments and spent the time to install everything properly.If you are updating an older home, I highly suggest these folks. I’ve been through the ringer with contractors for our old house, and not once did they say they couldn’t do what we were asking, unlike others. Thank you MCS! Brought Chad in due to issues with another contractor finishing his work and leaving it long enough to lead to more issues. Wish we would have brought Chad in from the start. Scheduling was good and beat the snow which was our goal, glad he was able to get to this fail. The price was fair, the work once started was completed quickly and done right. Looking forward to having him do a couple more projects for us next spring.

MCS was great to work with. I was in a real bind with extremely lacking exterior doors heading into late autumn - I had no idea the wait times I would find nearly everywhere, but Chad at MCS worked to fit me into his schedule in before it got too cold out this year.He made the measuring and planning phases very simple and assisted me in sourcing doors and selecting products.The install also went very well - MCS was able to fit all 4 exterior doors to my home's very nonstandard measurements well. My home is now weather tight - I had no idea how badly those doors were affecting my heating costs and overall comfort!I definitely recommend MCS

Demolition started end of January 2021 while the bulk of the work was finished end of May 2021, the punch list has never been completed. Some work on punch list was performed in July 2021, but no one has done any work since then. Many texts ensued over the many months with no progress or plans to finish the punch list. April 2022 I send an email requesting completion in 30 days or I would consult an attorney. Chad's first reaction was to say have your attorney call my attorney, then after a week of cooling off, I reach out again to verify he wants to take that route, he backs off and says he will reach out to one of his guys. A few excuses later and we are past the 30 day deadline and the job is not completed. There was some high quality work done and there was some work where the quality wasn't great; one would think a six figure remodel would warrant more professionalism than I was given. I treated each and every person who worked in my house with kindness and respect; brewed coffee every day, made breakfast several times, had pizza several times, bought sandwiches and donuts. All of the sub-contactor teams worked hard and were courteous, however Chad failed to see the job to completion which is 100% on him.Services: Remodeling, Kitchen remodeling, Drywall repair, Flooring

A big shout-out and thank you to contractor extraordinaire Chad Millard and his phenomenal Carpenter Darek for the awesome job they did installing my new door knobs on my newly refinished doors. Some may say what's so hard about installing door knobs, well the doors on this 1950s home had the original door knobs, that when removed the new ones did not fit the original holes and required custom fitting. After numerous Carpentry/ Door installation companies came out and said they had no clue as to how to retrofit the new door knobs, that's when Chad contacted me and 1-2-3, new door knobs installed perfectly. I have worked with M.C.S. (Chad) the last few months regarding flood damage to the lower level of my house. Parts of the drywall, flooring, doors and framework had to be replaced. The workers that came in were very good and did an outstanding job. They always cleaned up after their days work and left no mess behind. The quality of the work completed was outstanding. Chad always kept me apprised of what was going on and as to the status of the work being completed. I would recommend them to anyone.
