Brennan and team did a great job on our full siding replacement. I was unsure of the process, working with our insurance company, but it was all seamless and straightforward. The crew worked extremely fast and cleaned up well. After install, I noted a few imperfections, and also requested they relocate a seam that was in an obvious spot. All was taken care of to our satisfaction. Will recommend to our friends and neighbors. 50 year old siding is gone and the house looks wonderful!

My experience with 123 Exteriors was excellent! They found hail damage on my siding and worked with my insurance company to get it covered. Dylan was amazing to work with and I never had a problem getting through to him if I had questions.The project was completed earlier than expected . The crew did a wonderful job and I've had many compliments on my home from neighbors and friends.They also did a great job at cleaning up. This is a fantastic company and I would highly recommend them!

The experience with 123 Exteriors was absolutely incredible. We worked with Nathan who approached us in the fall about the need for a roof replacement and indicated how, if approved by insurance, we would not have to pay. The offer was enticing enough for us to agree to an inspection completed the following day. I’ll admit my reluctance to believe that we could have a new roof at no cost to us, but Nathan did an incredible job of explaining the process, doing a thorough inspection, contacting the home insurance company and constantly following up with them as they’ve been very unreliable in this entire process. Nathan, however, was incredibly patient and diligent.Our roof was recently replaced and it looks absolutely incredible!Though the process took an extra day, the workers were diligent and very respectful of the property to ensure nothing was damaged. Beginning to end, the process has been so easy as everything, down to constant follow-ups with the insurance, have been handled by 123 Exteriors and Nathan, and I couldn’t be more grateful!

Mitch Pfaff at 1-2-3 Exteriors was very helpful and informative throughout this process. He assessed our damages after a hail storm and was dead-on with his assessment! Further, he was completely upfront about what it would cost us out of pocket, from start to finish! Workers were timely (in fact, they were there a day before we expected them) with the tear-off and the rest was done as scheduled! I have referred 2 other neighborhood friends to Mitch and would do so again! Good dude! A+

We just had our siding and shutters replaced and we used 123 Exteriors. We worked directly with Brennan Mueller who I had a direct number to and was able to call and text him easily. He was very responsive and so helpful! We couldn’t have gotten through this whole process without him. He helped us A LOT with talking to our homeowners insurance. Probably the worst portion of this whole endeavor was dealing with our homeowners insurance and trying to get the supplier to come pick up the extra materials after the job was completed. Brennan even took care of that for us! It wasn’t his responsibility but he came and got all of the extra materials on his own.123 exteriors had our whole job completed in 2 days and we are so pleased with the end results! We needed a complete outdoor makeover of our home from a hail storm and a friend recommended Working with 123 Exteriors and it was one of the Best Experiences I have ever had with a contractor.Working with Jake from 123 on putting our options together and selecting colors was awesome. He shared locations of other houses with the color choices we were thinking over and that gave us a very needed prospective and made the chose easier for us.Jake communicated with us and kept us in the loop as the timing of the project got closer to starting. Also Answering any questions along the way.Once the project started Andrew our project manager was also always in communications with us and was here whenever we needed him. Including going up on our roof late one evening to repair a piece of old siding that had come loose the night before removal because we were worried about rain that was coming. That went way over and above in my opinion.During the roofing, siding, and gutter replacement, the 123 Teams were very professional and completed the work in three days. All members of the crews were awesome at what they did and worked very well as a team with each job. Andrew was always there to make sure any questions we had were answered.We are Unbelievably Satisfied with the work done by 123 Exteriors and will recommend them to anyone who needs home repairs.Thanks for all that you did for us!!!

From the beginning of the process, working with Seth at the recommendation of my neighbors, he made it easy to learn about the process to replace my storm and wind damaged roof and siding. He accommodated my busy schedule to ensure meeting times were convenient. Our Project Manager,Ryan was so cordial, calm and attentive to all the details of the project and stayed in constant contact with me. He even paid close attention to protect my water feature from damage during the project . His "I work for you attitude" made me feel that he really cared about my home. We loved working with 123! We got our siding and roof replaced with them. Everyone we worked with was so professional. Austin was our salesman and he was responsive, knowledgeable, and helped us through the insurance claim process and product selection. Arick was our Quality Control manager while our roof and siding were getting replaced. He was very attentive and communicative the entire time the projects were getting done. He also made sure to do a walk through with us after the work was done to be sure we were happy about the final product, which we were extactic with the quality. This rating is based on the fact that getting 123 to come out and do repairs has been impossible. We have been told that it will be taken care of, or that someone will reach out so many times, but nothing happens. It appears they are all you happy to take your money, but to do repairs is not in their operating model.

Austin was absolutely amazing! From the beginning, when he came to our home for the quote, then he called in the claim with our insurance company and finally he helped us get the exact color of siding we wanted after months of indecision on our behalf. Granted there were a few bumps in the road while the siding was going up due to the wrong color trim being sent and the lamp boxes coming in the wrong color. It was extremely frustrating at the time but when we sit back and look at the finished product we absolutely love it!!!! I also want to add that the siding and gutter crews were friendly and professional! They did a topnotch job! Austin is very, very responsive and I would definitely recommend this company. In fact, we had window work done and Austin's competition was extremely impressed at the work done on our siding letting us know this was quality work!
