Never hire this company.I would give zero stars if it was an option.The founding great grandfather and grandfather for America's. Best remodeling would be absolutely 100% disappointed in the way in which his family now runs the company.America's Best, remodeling is not worth your money or time or deserving of the business name. Their employees do not clean up after themselves we have aluminum nails around every building they worked on in our neighborhood. They moved in shipping containers for storage and yet they still leave equipment out over the winter when no one was working. New this year they load their trailers with trash but do not use tarps to secure it so trash blows out and around our neighborhood when it storms. This would be only mildly infuriating but the fiberglass insulation that blows out of their trash trailer. We have small children and pets that get into the insulation because of this issue it's a health and safety hazard. The newest issue is placing scraps or leftover materials between the storage containers. seriously take the time to do the job right and that includes clean up. I have spoken with a few site supervisors during their time working here, one is too timid to fix the issue and the other is a disrespectful jerk who also is incapable of resolving issues.EDIT/Update: ABR had 1 of their temporary storage containers picked up today, and the trash pile is still there. This all leads me to believe this company just does not care about their reputation and are in fact incapable of properly dealing with trash they created.

I can’t speak for the quality of work. I had Marv, a salesman for the company take a look at my roof after completing his inspection on my next door neighbors. No appointment, just glad to help. After his inspection, he put a couple of small tarps down on my roof and proceeded to tell me that the roof looked great. I needed a couple of top caps and a few other spots had cosmetic damage. He could have easily pushed a new roof and with insurance behind him that would have been the easy money route. It could have been a long drawn out battle with the insurance company. Honesty and integrity is Marv’s middle name. I would definitely recommend asking this guys opinion. He will go above and beyond, tell you what you need, and get the job done.Marv I appreciate your honesty!

We would recommend America's Best Remodeling. Working with Matt G was great. He was knowledgeable and professional and overall made the whole process working with the insurance company very easy. The team that did our roof worked very quickly and did a great job cleaning up after!Our new roof looks great!

This company was very easy to work with. Very knowledgeable and did great work. They helped fight with the insurance company to get what was needed to make my roof up to code. This was after the insurance company decided to miss easy to count roof vents, damage to our gutters, and miss calculated the amount of roofing supplies needed to do the job right. The are a GAF elite meaning they are in the top 1% of contractors for roofing. These are the experts in dealing with insurance giving you a better result then your local guy could. They did everything they said they would and more.

I would highly recommend Americas Best Remodeling! They were very accommodating doing the roof on a weekend we were away. Being a stay at home mom who watches children that was great. We play outside a lot and never had an issue with nails left behind, you couldn’t even tell they were there besides the roof being new. Salesman were respectful and helpful through the entire process!

I would not recommend America’s Best Remodeling. We had our roof and siding done in fall 2018 and although it was done very quickly, there was zero effort made to safely clean up our yard. I understand there can be some nails missed, but I found over 50 nails in the yard last fall.Since the snow has melted in the last 10 days, I have found any additional 40 nails in the front yard.I called ABR last fall and asked for someone to come take a second look as these nails are a hazard for anyone’s safety, especially children and dogs. Disappointingly, DJ was at the house for less than 10 minutes before failing to follow-up with me before leaving.Once again, I understand mistakes can happen and some leftover nails may be inevitable, but not the amount that I have picked up visible to anyone glancing at the grass.I work in Customer Service for a living and I always believe how someone or a company reacts to an issue of failed expectations is more important than the issue itself - the way this was handled was beyond careless and unsafe.The only follow-up ABR did successfully included weekly reminders that our final payment was overdue as we had a complication with our insurance.

We were verbally quoted the cost to remove the tree off of the house would be $5000. We were extremely surprised that it was four times that amount with charges that were not revealed prior to work being done. We were charged for time and services not provided. When I called to complain I was told I don’t know what I’m talking about. He accused me of wanting to make money off insurance claim. Our expectation was insurance would be billed $5k. They would be paid $5k. My issue is they billed more than 4x the amount we were quoted. Something is wrong here.Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

I had a terrible experience with this company. They are liars and the owner and his wife are extremely unethical. In addition, their sales manager is an unethical and deceitful guy and in my opinion is on drugs. The sales manager even used to sell drugs and I know that because I searched his name on Wisconsin CCAP. Many of the sales people have been convicted of various crimes. They even train their sales people to "get reckless with the facts" as they call it and I have proof of that. If you are thinking of using them, I recommend not to. They are storm chasers and usually leave the area after the work is complete and I doubt that they will service or honor any warranty. Beware of this company! As you can see, they only have 2 reviews, mine, and Lisa Shepard is an employee of the company to my knowledge.

Very unhappy!! Thought they did a great job on the neighbors. Then they did not clean up like they show in the video at all. So bad we thought they weren't done. They damaged a drainage gutter and then charged us to replace it. It took over a month for them to actually finish. So much more to complain about. Hire someone else!!!!

Put in estimate to insurance company for us. We had to fight with em a little bit. But upon getting insurance claim finalized, they pushed signing a contract. We did. Then, zero response. For 2 months we called and no response. Then, all of the sudden, the numbers we were given were all disconnected, even the one on the sign they put in our yard. We had horrible damage. Just glad we got something done by another crew before winter settled in. Big waste of time

they came out to the great inspection worked with the insurance company we didn't have to do anything the company did an awesome job cleaned up while after themselves kept everything neat and clean while they were here picked up any nails that need to be picked up took care of everything they had to we had a daycare that had no problem working around that they did a great job I would recommend for anyone's house very professional very good

This company tries to take advantage of you while pressuring you to sign contracts. No business should need to pressure if they were that good their reviews would speak for themselves but as I see on here there reviews are horrible and I cannot trust a company that looks to be a fly by night company.

Hire at your own risk. Was sued, so I counter sued, and won. They couldn't even get that right, lol.
